Nursing and vet staff are terrible and irresponsible and revenging .when you ask questions for clarification, nurse comes and offer you to go to other hospitals around as your options. Lack of passion and sympathy.

I took my poppy to this hospital Sunday morning on 04/14/2024 at 11:45. Sergio at front Desk informed me that it takes 20-30 minutes. We waited in the car and got the call time to see the nurse Lauren. She took poppy in and came out said vitals are normal and little elevated temp. She stated then takes up to 1 hour. asked her please inform front desk for clear communication for future. She went in we were waiting outside. staff is passive aggressive and doesn't provide vital information about cost of services, they perform them without adequately notifying and explaining the costs beforehand. When I called them out not notifying me of the price prior to starting the process the main vet started to guilt trip me talking about how she is 300k in debt because she became a vet, she also twisted my words saying I don't care for my pet when I couldn't afford to keep them their for 12 hours and kept me jammed up by trying to get me to sign release f... read more

This had to be the rudest most non-empathetic facility I'm guessing possibly anywhere. My poor kitten was killed about a month ago. Because it was after hours, I ended up here. Pet cemetery would be better service. They charged me for her private cremation however, I have yet to receive her remains. No one answers the phone and if you do have the pleasure of meeting one of the staff, they are much more concerned with discussing their social life with their co-workers than they are at assisting, let alone comforting you... read more

I came in here today and chose this place because of the reviews in yelp of them. But, to be honest I didn't like it. Maybe because my pet I came in here for cremation was a reptile.. and not a dog or something greater as to why it didn't matter or I don't know. But it didn't feel they were caring and it mattered. I took my dog there because something was wrong with her. they quoted me $1200 for x rays, blood work etc. since it's the beginning of the month i said I only have $450 but I want to know what's wrong because she was breathing heavy and wouldn't move so they gave her some fluids and a shit for nausea and said she should be fine.
