After my visit last week, I must leave another review. My very senior dog took a sudden decline and I brought her in on a Thursday. We've known the end was near for a while now, but brought her in to make sure there was nothing else we could do. They made her comfortable during her visit and told me I could bring her back for euthanasia or have someone come to our home to do it. There was absolutely no pressure to come back. Scheduled appointment for vaccinations only, not including rabies and specifically mentioned not needing an exam. At the appointment I waiting 20 minutes for the vet to administer the shots. Prior to that, the vet began to look in my dogs mouth and ears. I mentioned he had already had an exam and didn't want one. They stated it was "included". 30 seconds for them to check teeth without opening his mouth and move his ear flaps they gave the shots. Front desk charged $55 for an exam in addition to the vaccine. This veterinary clinic is owned by a professional that is not competent to run a business. He took over 10 business days to return my phone call regarding an oversight on their end. was warned by friends not to use their services but I hadn't had many issues (since most of my experiences were nail clippings, grooming, etc.) until they failed to perform a procedure on a my dog during a routine surgery and wanted to charge me over $1000 to follow thru with the it. We've taken all 3 of our canine kids here. Each visit had a different purpose and we always have a pleasant experience. The receptionists are welcoming. The lobby and waiting area is spacious so pet patients are not cramped into a small space while waiting. They are never late for appointments, the vet techs are professional and the veterinarians are knowledgeable. Ingleside is amazing! We've been taking our Millie and Holly there since day one and we couldn't ask for a better vet. Each one of them care about them and Amber and Brandon are seriously the best!! Thank you for the best care for our pets.
We took our beloved, aging dog here on a tip from a neighbor. We had to have our dog euthanized and thank goodness we picked this place. Their compassion, professionalism and bedside manner were top notch during an extremely emotional/ difficult time. I forget the Doctor's name (started with a T) she is a major class act. From a price perspective, this place was less than half of all other places we called. We will be customers for all of our dog's lives. Thanks.
I could sit here for minutes and write a long review on this nickel and dime, rip off of a veterinarian clinic. I'm going to save you the time and just advise you to see a different vet! The doctors are young and inexperienced and left me with more questions when I left then I had when I went in! Spent $400 at this clinic two days ago and another $600 today. My poor freaked kitty messed himself both times. Both times the tech was so understanding and helped me clean him up. The first time she even cleaned my carrier and gave us a little pad for the inside which came in handy on the second trip.. The vet seems very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend this vet clinic!
