Please if you are new to this city, find another vet. There are some great ones, this is a cold awful money grubbing, trench of despair. We were new to the city, with a new baby and a very sick little dog. The beside manner was atrocious, cold. They suggested Insane expensive, over the top treatments like kidney dialysis, etc ... totally out of our price range...when I repeatedly kept asking for alternative medicine, they told me that would come later...As a lifelong dog owner of many breeds and sizes , I have experienced a... read more
Personable and professional. Accommodating and really helped me with a serious situation that I had never experienced before.
I have agonized over this review for almost a week now. My husband brought our Norman (mastiff) in on a Monday morning. After determining that he was in too much pain for his ultrasound, they sedated him. While under sedation, he had an ultrasound and xrays taken, and the doctor drew fluid to see if there was infection, or whatever that tests for. According to her, every test came back showing no signs of anything. Her conclusion? He had a torn muscle. Keeps him on fluids all day and we pick him up on Monday evening. She sen... read more
I was disappointed with the care I received for my sick bird from Dr. Toncray yesterday. She misdiagnosed my cockatiel who actually had lead poisoning not an impacted crop. She recommend another vet, but did not spend a lot of time with us or follow up. Disappointing.
Most friendly staff, extremely knowledgeable doctors. Very clean. And really care about your pet. Dr. Serbin even calls after your pets visit to check and make sure if they're ok.
I had to make the painful decision to put my very sick 16 year old, sweet cat down a few weeks ago. The staff was compassionate, helpful, and did their best to make such a difficult process more manageable. I also received a signed card from all the staff offering condolences which I thought was a really nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
Took our dog here several times and decided to have him neutered here as well. I drive all the way from north Phoenix because I love this office and staff. Everyone has always been super friendly. The office is always very clean. I will be bringing all my other (6) pets here too!
This is a great group! They are very genuine people and cater to all of your needs. Dr.Bart is excellent and is superb at following up on issues as she called daily to check in on my 4 legged girl. Definitely recommend this place to others! That's for the great service!
UPDATE : May cat is now 14 mo old and just received a clean bill of health from a vet who actually cares. All I can say is that I'm happy not to have listen to Ingleside doctors who kept URGING me to put her down some 9 mo ago.... SHAME on you Ingleside !!! Ingleside took nearly $1000 for services that didn't help, send you away, then recommend you put your animal down My feline had experienced acute respiratory failure, 3 weeks ago. I chose this clinic based on reviews. They admitted us, gave 2 IV doses of antibiotics and d... read more
