With so many businesses dealing with COVID 19 this vets office seems to have gotten it right. They told me upfront what they had in place for covid and met me outside to get the cat, and when I picked her up same thing all of my interactions where quick and efficient. So I have a stray cat my daughter loves to death, it's fixed has all of her shots; so when I find her with a huge abscess and swollen paw and looked half dead. We took our dog in for an exam and Dr. Serbin said that her teeth were very bad and that she needed her teeth cleaned. Later, we took her to a specialist about something else and she said she had "minimal tartar and gingivitis." Dr. Serbin's assessment was not accurate in any way. Just another reason not to trust this veterinarian.

I've been bringing my dog to Ingleside for the last 14 years. I was sad when Dr. Gillcrest left several years ago because my dog was always happy to see him and he always remembered everything about My pup when we came in. Currently we either see Dr. Hewitt or Dr. Bart and I have always been happy with their services. I came in on a Saturday because my dog couldn't breathe, I left hours later with heart medication. I called at least once each week because symptoms were not improving the doctor continued to double her doses, for 5 weeks... finally I called Friday because her breathing was so bad he said there's nothing else he can do for my dog and that he recommends a cardiologist if I want to give her a chance. Dr Serbin is all about money and interested in offering the most expensive options first so just be careful and consider all options/get another opinion before committing. Also, he doesn't engage with or admire pets whatsoever- doesn't seem to be an animal person which is ironic for a Vet. Other experiences with Dr. M have been nice, however it is Dr. Serbin's business so it makes me a wary of staff overall. Admin staff are wonderful and organized.

Everyone at Ingleside Animal Hospital has been wonderful to my dog! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and creates a welcoming environment for your pet. Both the techs and the vets are extremely knowledgable. I'm a first time dog owner, and they have helped in every way possible. I love that their nail trims and other services are cheap, so I can trust that my dog is in good hands. Even compared to vets of my childhood dog, this is a much more welcoming and relaxed environment. I would highly recommend!
They always take such good care of my little bichon resuce, for shots or a nail clip they tend to be gentle and knowledgeable with our furry friends. The price is semi high but a need & worth it.
I have been going to a different veterinarian clinic for a number of years. However when my animal was sick and I needed to be seen I could not get into my vet on the same day. I called Ingleside and they were able to see me the same day as a new patient. I had minimal waiting time in the waiting room. I saw a vet who was very helpful and explained what she was doing. She also called several days later to follow-up and make sure my Cat was doing better. I am planning on changing my further pet care to them.
