My son who is a college student in AZ took his dog here and it turned out the dog swallowed a foreign object that was causing havoc, vomiting, diarrhea and making him feel lethargic. He had been quoted a price for an x-ray but was charged more than $200 more at the time of payment. When he asked why he was charged more, he was told they misquoted the price and couldn't help him. I've been bringing my elderly rescue dog here for the past few years and I have been very pleased with the care he has received. The vets and vet techs are extremely kind and gentle. The front office has squeezed my dog in on a fully booked day due to an emergency.

Dr. Serbin is HORRIBLE!! Completely misdiagnosed my dog. She had been having trouble breathing and her mouth was bleeding. He told me she had an abscess in her mouth that needed to be taken out/cleaned. Completely ignored my concern about her breathing and said it could be from pain. Then I wanted to schedule her surgery for the abscess and he said we had to wait 3 weeks when my dog was not able to wait that long. Zero attempt to try get her in earlier or anything. Amy, starting visiting Ingleside as a small puppy. I brought Amy home from the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC) she was such a tiny little puppy. So cute with stubby little legs. I got her all set up with new bed, new blanket, lots of toys. It was exciting! until she started with a little cough that turned into a choking I might stop breathing any moment cough. I am exceedingly pleased with the services I've received since switching to Ingelside. I was taking my dogs to vets in Goodyear which is far more convenient to me and was VERY disappointed in the care and quality of the vets in my area. I was referred to Dr. Serbin by a trusted vet in Aurora, Colorado and I will do the drive to Phoenix, happily, to have my dogs taken care of the way Dr. Serbin does. Ingleside is more interested in your money than in your pets! If you have an emergency, they will charge double the office visit cost to start, and then go from there. These people do not care for your pets, only your wallet. Beware!

Ingleside is the absolute BEST veterinary hospital in Arizona. They have extremely knowledgeable and kind staff from the receptionists to the technicians and assistants and the doctors. I have nothing but kind words to say about the staff and the facility. My American Akita, Riku, who had previously horrible experiences at other vets and who survived parvo spending 4 nights in emergency care. I am a first-time puppy owner, so I was looking for excellent care! Ingleside has been so great since my first appointment. They have been accommodating, informational, and caring. I truly feel like they have my puppies best interest at heart.
