I am exceedingly pleased with the services I've received since switching to Ingelside. I was taking my dogs to vets in Goodyear which is far more convenient to me and was VERY disappointed in the care and quality of the vets in my area. I was referred to Dr. Serbin by a trusted vet in Aurora, Colorado and I will do the drive to Phoenix, happily, to have my dogs taken care of the way Dr. Serbin does. I have NEVER had a vet call to check up on my animals as often as Dr. Serbin does after seeing them or providing meds to be su... read more

Ingleside is more interested in your money than in your pets! If you have an emergency, they will charge double the office visit cost to start, and then go from there. These people do not care for your pets, only your wallet. Beware!

Ingleside is the absolute BEST veterinary hospital in Arizona. They have extremely knowledgeable and kind staff from the receptionists to the technicians and assistants and the doctors. I have nothing but kind words to say about the staff and the facility. My American Akita, Riku, who had previously horrible experiences at other vets and who survived parvo spending 4 nights in emergency care. He was extremely nervous and fearful of vets but Dr. Sciccia and the team have done everything they can to make him more comfortable. ... read more

I am a first-time puppy owner, so I was looking for excellent care! Ingleside has been so great since my first appointment. They have been accommodating, informational, and caring. I truly feel like they have my puppies best interest at heart.

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET THERE!!! Absolute worst place to board your pet my pet had a clean bill of health from them on March 11th. Placed my dog for placement on my April 15 three days after she was in there I get a phone call that my dog fell from the kennel 36 hours after picking her up the dog is DEAD and Dr. Kevorkian/ Serbin doesn't even want to take any responsibility he should be utterly ashamed he's trying to say she had liver failure and kidney failure she was doing perfectly fine when she walked in there when we pick... read more

I've brought all my pets to Dr. Serbin's facility since 2002, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend their thoroughness and well-thought out treatment plans.

We went to this vet for many years and found them to be generally good in treatment but super expensive at every turn. Whenever we had an emergency with a pet and needed immediate help, we were always met with an initial indication that they were overbooked and couldn't get us in at all despite being long time customers. What good is having a regular vet if they cannot see you when one is upset about a pets condition and a vet is needed most?

I recently had an issue with my 16 yr old chihuahua. Out of nowhere she rapidly started going downhill and we thought it might have been her time but we were blessed to have Dr. Sciacca oversee her care. She was so thorough with her and checked in to give me updates on bloodwork or findings so that we could navigate our next decisions. After several days, our senior pup started to get better and has made an almost full recovery. I truly feel that if I had gone anywhere else than Ingleside, my litte girl might not be here.
