Very happy for the care and consideration they give our animals. Open 7 days a week Physicians rotate, find one you like and follow with them... but they are all good ~ I don't have a problem with any. Dr. Toncray did knee surgery on my dog and I could not be happier with the result.

Had a terrible experience here. all they care about is money. my vet was completely disrespectful, asked me how much money I had, belittled and rolled her eyes at me when I told her I couldn't afford to spend hundreds on unnecessary testing. She's a money greedy nasty woman. Everyone else was so kind but the Vet. Was wearing huge fake eyelashes, was totally unprofessional and unfriendly and I will never be returning here again and making sure that the Maricopa pound no longer recommends this place to anyone and all my friend... read more

They are a nice facility but there are a couple of things I don't like - first they never tell you that they are doing an annual exam until you get up to register and pay. I booked an appointment for just shots and they checked his mouth, weighed him, and listened to his heart and charged me for the annual exam and shots. I wouldn't mind paying for the exam if they would of told me prior to doing the exam. Second. I feel like the annual exam is BS. I can do those 3 things at home. Honestly I thought that was part of getting ... read more

This is simply the best vet office in the valley. The staff is so kind and patient. They are always so willing to spend ample time addressing any concerns and providing honest opinions. Dr. Toncray always spends so much time with my pets and as a pet parent I know their well being is her top priority. They never sell me on unnecessary services like many other vets have. I absolutely LOVE this office. Vet technicians & office staff are awesome!!!

I know I've reviewed Ingleside Animal Hospital before - and I'm reviewing again! They really are so customer/client oriented! They also have grooming services and we take advantage of that as well. I just can't recommend them highly enough - always room in the schedule, always willing to help coordinate with grooming, just helpful and service oriented in every way! Thank you Ingleside!

My dog, Mr. Bennet has been going to Ingleside since he was a puppy. The staff has always been so amazing to both me and Mr. Bennet. Christina in the front office was always so friendly and caring. My dog always enjoyed getting love and attention from her. Dr. Serbin, Dr. Chiles and Dr. Toncray are all great vets and nothing but caring and professional. This past week Mr. Bennet became sick and after taking him in, we found out that he had a large mass on his spleen and there was some internal bleeding. Not the news you want... read more

The staff is all really caring and supportive. The doc was amazing. His skill levels are obviously superior. He really went out of his way to tell me what was going on with my elderly Whippet that I am so attached to. She was quite complicated but actually her health is pretty darn good apparently! He went through the entire raft of scans and lab tests with me carefully and explained the various treatments, the upsides and the downsides, very carefully and in a way I could understand. He made sure I understood the point of d... read more

The manager had such an attitude , the manager "Mandy price "was talking so rudely to me for some one who has spent numerous amounts of money with them for mainly one of my dogs. She seemed like she didn't care about me as a customer at all, I work with customers all day and never would I have an attitude as hers. She made me feel like my money should have went some where else . I was expecting a more professional manager who would be a role model to her fellow workers . The two front desk people had better manors then she d... read more

It's been 15 months since this Veternarian suggested that my cat, Gizmo, was dying from lymphoma. Per my research, if he had truly had lymphoma, he would have passed away within 3 months. I am still resentful that this business caused me unnecessary emotional pain and managed to extract several hundred dollars from my bank account.
