The manager had such an attitude , the manager "Mandy price "was talking so rudely to me for some one who has spent numerous amounts of money with them for mainly one of my dogs. She seemed like she didn't care about me as a customer at all, I work with customers all day and never would I have an attitude as hers. It's been 15 months since this Veternarian suggested that my cat, Gizmo, was dying from lymphoma. Per my research, if he had truly had lymphoma, he would have passed away within 3 months. I am still resentful that this business caused me unnecessary emotional pain and managed to extract several hundred dollars from my bank account.

Dr Chiles and the Ingleside Techs that took care of our Jax are AWESOME! Stressful moments like this make you realize how much that wet nose really means and appreciated the immediate attention and help. #woof

I have been bringing my dog here for 3 years. I used to love this place, but after my most recent encounter I have decided to probably look for a different vet... It all started with one day when my poor baby was sick and throwing up and was developing a cough. I called the vet and asked them what to do, they recommended bringing him in of course, so I did. They ran every test, I didn't hold back (at first I tried to get them to do one at a time because I'm not rich but they wouldn't) and the vet bill totaled almost $700 wit... read more

I have had all my dogs cared for here. Great care. Unfortunately this time, I brought my 18 year old dog Sage in who was actively dying. When she passed I told two staff members to keep her jacket and blanket that had sentimental value to be picked up when I come back to get her ashes. When I called back three times nobody on staff could find it. Very sad and frustrating. Make sure you take your dogs belongings with you.

I've taken my bulldog here a few times, most recently for what I believed was a serious knee injury. After the Dr. examined her movement and did some feeling around they suggested X-Rays in order to provide more clarity on the injury. When I asked if X-Rays would actually show evidence of ligament damage (X-rays do not show soft tissue) I was told they would provide enough evidence based on the alignment of the bones to make an assessment. We love them here! Everyone is always super nice, and the doctors are friendly and down to earth. I've been taking our dogs here for a 3 years, and my husband has been taking his dogs here for 15 years. We love them.
