I would highly rate the doctors and staff at Ingleside animal hospital. I had to put my cat named Friend down due to old age and the receptionist Cheryl was there to comfort me and help me through this difficult time. My husband interacted with doctor Jordan because I couldn't be in the room to watch her life end. He was blown away with the way they consulted with him about the condition of her illness. I can't say enough about the hospital.
They take great care of our aging dog! Dr. Sciacca gives us great advice and always calls to check on us whenever we have an issue - we really appreciate the follow up! I really feel that she cares for our dog and his well-being. Thank you!
As a longtime pet owner finding Ingleside Animal Hospital has been a huge gift to my pet and my family. Dr. Serbin is compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. The entire staff is wonderful, very kind and attentive to my pet. The facility is clean with modern equipment providing the best treatment available for my four legged baby. The Best!!!
We recently took our two cats in on separate occasions and each time received fantastic service. We worked with Dr. Sciacca on both occasions, who is simply excellent. Very thorough and professional and you could tell she cares about all the pets she deals with. She presented us with all options yet didn't pressure us into simply spending the most money. It's an okay hospital/vet if you need an appointment soon. The service itself isn't that great some staff are friendly others are not . The first vet I had was not personable , I shared with him it was my first dog and I had to force Information out . The whole point of the appointment was to get an evaluation. Instead they go about naming everything they recommend and try to sell you on medication vaccines , etc. They give a price on the neutering and then when you pick up your dog your paying $60-160 on top of what they qu... read more
Fabulous Drs and staff. Was looking for a new veteranary practice for my cat. I have never had a better and more thorough 1st visit.. Dr S was fantastic and I'm sticking with them for the long haul. Talked about my cat having trouble with itchy/allergy ears and they found an undiagnosed ear infection that they nipped in the bud. Your pet will receive outstanding care and attention here!
I took my pup here today for a check up and I was placed with Dr.Sciacca. It was my first time here. I saw it mentioned a few times on the NextDoor app and I figured I would give it a try. Dr.Sciacca answered all my questions I had and really made my dog and I feel at ease. She was very friendly and informative! Very professional staff. Easy to call and get an appointment. Front office staff were so helpful and made me feel very welcome. Dr Klein was lovely. She listened and was very kind and helpful as was the technician. So glad to have found this wonderful clinic. Has grooming and boarding all under one roof.
This place is mediocre at best. The front desk people are extremely friendly. For a regular visit which I did for my cat the visit price was reasonable. But when I asked if they could cut my cats back nails which has taken other vets less than a minute or two they wanted to charge $18 just for that.
