I have been taking my pup here for almost 10 years and I highly recommended it. The Drs here are so attentive and brilliant. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. They never make me feel bananas for being an obsessive dog parent and always set my mind at ease.
i took my baby girl, penny, here one time. sadly, it was her last last time seeing a vet. i was told she had cancer, and that it was really bad. the dr walked me through all options, and was very honest with me. she ended up giving me recommendations for some at home services for my baby girl. add you can imagine, this was the hardest moment of my life. the staff here literally sent me a card saying how sorry they were for me, and everyone signed it! they also donated in my baby's name. i cant begin to describe how much thes... read more
Pretty frustrated with Ingleside. I've been a client over the course of 10 years with three different dogs. I've had to seek treatment at 2 different vets in the past 4 months because they haven't been able to get me in, sometimes for over 10 days. With 6 vets and open 7 days/week this indicates to me they are taking too many new clients . It's a bummer because I liked the doctors and it was super convenient.
Kane has been to a few vets but loves going to ingleside it's the one stop vet! Dr.Serbs is the dog whisper never has issues with Kane and the groomer is also great. Fair pricing and honest vet!
Dr Sciacca(Shaka) for the win! Although I don't love this practice's strict Covid protocols since my dog can advocate for her well-being, I was very impressed with the Doc. She took her time on two separate phone calls to help answer my questions and to relieve my concerns. She will be my go-to doc and will follow her if/when she leaves! Thanks, Doctor Sciacca!
My puppy just had her first visit here recently, and it was such a good experience. The technicians were friendly, professional, and great with my pup. And the veterinarian was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, answered all of our questions, explained the options, and even called to follow up with me. I'm so happy that we have found our new veterinarian!
Ingleside really has it down pat for taking care of our animals during COVID. My dog needed to get a couple vaccines, yearly check up and an ear checkup and the vet tech, front desk and the Dr made everything so simple. Received a text the morning of...called when we got there...gave info over the phone...tech came to get my pup from the car...dr called me with an update and any recommendations...then out the tech and Thea came where I could pay there or over the phone. We were so happy with the professionalism and service at Ingleside hospital. We had been going to another vet in Scottsdale for the past eight years but then moved in the Arcadia area, so I needed somewhere closer to our home. that was our the primary reason for choosing to go to Ingleside, however I was so pleasantly surprised with their level of service especially during COVID-19! With so many businesses dealing with COVID 19 this vets office seems to have gotten it right. They told me upfront what they had in place for covid and met me outside to get the cat, and when I picked her up same thing all of my interactions where quick and efficient. So I have a stray cat my daughter loves to death, it's fixed has all of her shots; so when I find her with a huge abscess and swollen paw and looked half dead.
