If I could give 0 stars I would. My dog was diagnosed with Cushings disease, somehow her health declined and her condition got worst over the course of my dog being treated there. It felt like a money grab and frankly I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor services I received there. If you want your dog to get better, steer clear of this clinic, I cannot urge this enough. I would never return under any circumstances.

Latest experience with family dog with immediate heath concerns . Arrived 7 am , due to another family health issue , left pet for drop off visit when Dr Mohammed was available to treat our dog . Kim the manager was very helpful and understanding. Tech jasmine spent time thoroughly explaining issues , options , health history , and medical information . After reading so many bad reviews, I am a little perplexed. I had a good experience. I recently moved into the area from north Scottsdale. I needed to find a new vet for my dog as I did not feel like driving 45 minutes to my old place which I was very happy with. My concern was not the deposit at all, I explained my frequent no shows and cancellations were due to me relocating to Florence. Also, she did not place the cone on him ...she handed it to me after jumping each time my dog moved and told me how to put it on him. My follow up was 48 hours later and I said he was adjusting to the cone well but it was too soon to see any updates to his eyes or ears, which were never examined, swabbed or anything. This place has gone really downhill. Been a customer for 14 years and customer service has just been terrible over the last few years. Quite unfortunate. Spent so much money at this place and they wouldn't see my hurt dog over being 10 minutes late. I don't live close by and was running slightly late, called in advance to tell them and basically was served up the rule book. My parents had to put our boy Hercules to sleep today. My parents only speak spanish but they said that they had a translator to help them understand the process. They said everyone was incredibly kind and compassionate. The receptionist, doctors, staff, and assistants truly are amazing. We are incredibly grateful to Ingleside for their kindness through a vulnerable time.

I've brought my cats here in the past and they always either don't give me the easier and correct solution the first time/misdiagnosing. It's annoying because it's just wasting my money and for what? Not making my cats actually get better? I'm so mad that this was the only place in az that had appointments available that day. Being a feline friendly hospital we feel that giving cats pills is much more traumatic to them and offer the liquid form. We are always able to schedule with our technicians medicate your pets for an extra charge. If I can give this place zero stars, I would. I took my dog princess here to get her vaccines updated and two weeks later she's limping around and shaking her belly area, swollen and her left leg. She can barely walk right on it. I called them and told them my situation I was even freaking out Today's Friday and they told me they could only see her on Sunday like are you kidding me?
