We took our dog here for CCL knee surgery and were quite happy with the results. We were quoted $2315. and it actually ended up being a bit less. This price included the drugs and follow up visit. They got us into surgery the next morning, and Dr Toncray explained the ins and outs of the procedure, and gave us certain exercises to rehabilitate the knee. This is a pretty common surgery with older dogs and the price charged was in line with what I read online. Of course larger dogs are more, and if you install a plate it can e... read more
Actually I would like to give them a big fat zero. Any vet's office that would tell you to wait over an hour before you can be seen with a dog that is foaming at the mouth unable to stand, eyes rolling crazy, lost control of bowel and bladder should be closed up. In humane treatment of a critically ill dog is totally unbelievable. And to think my son had taken his dog to this vet since he was a puppy. The Arizona Humane Society should thoroughly investigate this practice. My son loved his dog so much and took excellent care ... read more
Front office staff was very friendly and kind - Dr. Bart was knowledgeable but brash. I did not feel like she took the time to meet my dog or listen to my concerns and the entire vist felt combative. She began listing the problems (from previous vet records) and a bevy of medications before walking over to introduce herself to me or my pup. I will go back - because I have an insurance policy that prefers them as a provider but I'd recommend new clients request another doctor. I can't stand behind a veterinarian who puts the ... read more
I have had nothing but great experiences at Ingleside! Front desk is professional and friendly, Vets have been great, Techs are fabulous! My cats are in great hands!
I can tell they really care about my dog. They performed an intense surgery on her, communicated with me throughout the day while she was in surgery, did a great job of explaining the meds to me, and even gave me a discount. They checked in the next day, and answered questions I had afterwards. I'm very impressed and will continue coming here.
Disappointed in the lack of postoperative follow-up. After pulling 20 teeth and spending &1,000 plus, do we not deserve Some concern?
After over 12 years of being loyal to Dr. Serbin and his staff I experienced good service and not so good service. Because I was loyal, I stayed. I experienced being offered services that were led to be believed included in our visit, only to find out they weren't by the tally of the bill. I fully understand we are all very human and that is why I kept quiet and just rolled along. Well, my last visit I took a 3 week old kitten in who had been played with too hard by a neighbor dog. The kitten was weak and in poor condition. ... read more
This place is awful! I was given misinformation by the vet about what dosage shot was given to my cat. I asked if it was the full 1 ml injection and told it was. At the next appointment, the tech read notes from last time and said my cat was given .75 according to the vet notes!I was also told that the vet tried to reach me several times but my vm mailbox was full-it wasn't. After telling me that my appointment would be an extra $49 to see the vet and not just a tech I was questioned about why I didn't bring my cat in sooner... read more
Overpriced and unnecessary testing, my experience with ingleside. Took my very first puppy to this vet and wasn't very happy. Forced to do a fecal exam that I had no idea I would be charged for until the end. Completely unnecessary. However I thought maybe this was just a one time thing and that it wouldn't be the same after. Called them 1 month later to set appt for shots and I was told total shot bill would be $161. Thought it was a bit high, they told me because they must do another "pre test" to make sure the puppy can t... read more
