I don't know how to thank Dr. To crazy enough. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes recently, and she went above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered and explain everything I could possibly need to know. This is a very stressful time in my life, and she made it less stressful, along with all of the staff that I have encountered there. Thanks again!

I am so happy we found Ingleside Animal Hospital! I was very impressed from the very beginning (and this is before we even had our appointment!). The quality of customer service here is what you wish you had everywhere else: outstanding!!! The front desk staff is great. I felt really good after scheduling Bear's appointment. I could already feel the good vibes! The hospital is very clean, well maintained, the examine rooms are spacious (perfect for an 84lbs. fur baby!) and everyone greets you with a smile. Even though Bear i... read more

We took our dog here for CCL knee surgery and were quite happy with the results. We were quoted $2315. and it actually ended up being a bit less. This price included the drugs and follow up visit. They got us into surgery the next morning, and Dr Toncray explained the ins and outs of the procedure, and gave us certain exercises to rehabilitate the knee. This is a pretty common surgery with older dogs and the price charged was in line with what I read online. Of course larger dogs are more, and if you install a plate it can e... read more

Actually I would like to give them a big fat zero. Any vet's office that would tell you to wait over an hour before you can be seen with a dog that is foaming at the mouth unable to stand, eyes rolling crazy, lost control of bowel and bladder should be closed up. In humane treatment of a critically ill dog is totally unbelievable. And to think my son had taken his dog to this vet since he was a puppy. The Arizona Humane Society should thoroughly investigate this practice. My son loved his dog so much and took excellent care ... read more

Business response:

Sheryl we are all very sorry for the loss of your son's dog. We take every critical patient that comes into our practice very seriously and drop everything to triage and stabilize them. We do not have waiting times for critical animals. I'm very concerned if any of my staff is turning away critical patients especially when we have trained technicians to handle these situations. If you could provide me with the date this incident occurred I would like to investigate further. We do not want this to happen to another pati... read more

Front office staff was very friendly and kind - Dr. Bart was knowledgeable but brash. I did not feel like she took the time to meet my dog or listen to my concerns and the entire vist felt combative. She began listing the problems (from previous vet records) and a bevy of medications before walking over to introduce herself to me or my pup. I will go back - because I have an insurance policy that prefers them as a provider but I'd recommend new clients request another doctor. I can't stand behind a veterinarian who puts the ... read more

I can tell they really care about my dog. They performed an intense surgery on her, communicated with me throughout the day while she was in surgery, did a great job of explaining the meds to me, and even gave me a discount. They checked in the next day, and answered questions I had afterwards. I'm very impressed and will continue coming here.

I re-homed two cats when my cat Squeaks died of kidney disease. Harley was approximately 6 years old and Harry was 4. The people I got them from didn't seem to know much about their background as they had taken them in from someone else. I fell in love with both of them within a month, it took them a little longer to reciprocate. In the second year I had them I noticed that Harley was eating everything he could get his paws on and never seemed to be satisfied, he started losing weight and his hunger became even more int... read more

Disappointed in the lack of postoperative follow-up. After pulling 20 teeth and spending &1,000 plus, do we not deserve Some concern?
