Simply the best around, what can i say? We had to take our beloved Australian shepherd to be put to sleep as her healtghad deteriorated so much she had no quality of life Everyone at Ingleside showed us so much compassion and respect from the reseptionist to the vet tech and vet. They even make a mold print of your beloved pets paw! They were a bright light on a very sad day for us.

We are very happy with IAH. Newer facility and very clean. Front office staff and vet techs are friendly and professional. Never had to wait for more than a few minutes. We like Dr. Serbin, he seems to really care about our doggies, but the other docs are friendly as well.

It was difficult for me to find a place that has veterinarians that see guinea pigs, so once I found this place, I was relieved! The staff was friendly and welcoming and making appointments is simple. I received emails when it was time for my guinea pig to have his annual check-up as well as newsletters with tips and information on pets. Unfortunately, my guinea pig is no longer with us so I will not be back, but I do recommend this place if you want your pet to be seen somewhere they are valued.

We chose Ingleside after our dachshund Macy became ill and our regular vet seemed to pooh-pooh her illness. We saw Dr Chilles and she spent more time touching Macy in the first exam then two other previous vets on two other separate visits. She's wonderful, caring, takes the time with your pet and you. Most of all Ingleside is THOROUGH. From the time you walk in the door until you leave, EVERYONE is courteous, kind and compassionate. They treat your pet like family. Dear Ingleside, We had a great visit. Calling to schedule the appointment was quick and simple, and the appointment was the same. We only had to wait a few minutes after checking in, and everyone was very friendly. The nurse and doctor who examined my dog were excellent. My dog had a great visit, besides, you know, having to take his temperature... After the exam the doctor happily answered my questions. Thanks for being awesome. Always anf Forever, Sean

If I could give negative stars I would... I brought a problem rescue dog to this place. The vet tech assured me that they had things that could help him for placement and medical treatment. I was supposed to be informed of his progress and never received a call till they said he was being sent to the pound. Since I never intended for him to go to the pound or I would have taken him myself I picked the dog back up. We adopted a puppy a few weeks ago, and recently took him in to see Dr. Bart. The vet techs were great, and treated us and the pup with care and professionalism. Dr. Bart answered all our questions and we didn't feel in the least bit swindled on pricing. We got his first set of vaccines, both types of fecal testing, a microchip, and heartworm preventative, along with the full exam. Every person on this staff truly cares about your pet! I have never felt rushed and they spend as much time as you need. Any time your animal gets a prescription for anything or has surgery or whatever, they always call to check up on how they are doing. While all of the Veterinarians are great, Dr. Serbin is the best! It's very clean inside. I have never used their pet boarding but I have used their grooming, which was also great. Love this place!

Best medical, technical and front office staff! They have taken such good care of our Weim pup (and trust me, we've had our share of visits over the last 6 or so months)! From routine care to surgery and testing, they've cared for her and kept me and my husband in the loop every step of the way. Can't say enough about Ingleside Animal Hospital.
