I have only been to Hickory three times: twice for emergencies and once for a well visit. I have officially switched to hickory as my permanent vet! All employees are wonderful! service is exceptional. The tech and vet both gave me so much useful information along with multiple options. I personally visited with Dr. Clemens and Judy. Hello there folks. I was there along with my lady friend Friday night for her cat Maggie around 11 pm. We were very grateful that the hospital was open at this time in the evening. Everyone who helped us was extremely kind and gentle. It was a tough evening with difficult decisions. Everyone was so comforting and attentive to Maggie's last few hours. I couldn't have found a better place for my elderly dog. Hickory made the last few weeks of his life much more comfortable and it gave me a bit of extra time with him. Thank you so much to the attentive care and love given to him.
Absolutely professional ! Took our 12 1/2 year old early am with symptoms .. Could not walk , etc ! Immediately diagnosed with kindness and compassion , sent home on medications , doing well ! Thank you ! Would strongly recommend !and I do need to add the young woman (do not know her name ) that met us at the door was The Best !
