RecommendedI can't say enough nice things about Hickory Veterinary Hospital. The staff there is amazing. I had to take my 7 year old beagle, Pepper there for an emergency vet visit back in March. They were the ONLY emergency hospital that were even able to see Pepper immediately. I had to call them today because my pet insurance is making me jump through hoops to get reimbursed and Hickory Vet was on top of it. If you are in Plymouth Meeting and you have a pet, Hickory needs to be your vet!

I couldn’t recommend Hickory Vet more highly! Our dog not only recently had TPLO surgery and required special care while boarding, but he’s also a rescue and suffers from anxiety and has some behavioral issues. We recently moved to the area and since it takes him a while to trust new people, we were anxious to leave him someplace new. Nicole was absolutely AMAZING with our dog. She is truly a dog whisperer. I have been there 3 times for emergency issues and each time the staff and vets have been kind,caring and my dogs have gotten great care.

Every single person there cares about you and your pet. I always feel like they not only care about my dogs but about how their health affects me too.
HVH has been amazing to me and the animals I have brought there. Kelly H who works the night shift on Sundays has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion to make sure the animal I brought there was cared for thoroughly all night long. She is caring, attentive, & extremely passionate about animals. There is no one else I would trust more with the precious dogs I have brought there than her.
