Our Pom dislocated his hip on Sunday aswe brought him in for help. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout the process. They took care of my dog like he was their own pet. When I brought him in for a follow-up, they remembered us. Amazing personalized service.
Love Dr. Clemens! Their prices might be a little steep but the service is worth it.
Our little Shih Tzu boys and girls have been cared for by Hickory Vets and Staff for many years. We have always been pleased. Dr. Eisenstein is caring and thorough. Yesterday we saw Dr. Koch, the eye specialist for our little girl's glaucoma. So nice and informative, he actually took the time to explain the disease and answer all of our questions. He even gave us the notes he wrote in longhand! Marcella, the assistant was so comforting, we have known her for years, she is definitely an asset to Hickory.
For the last 3 years, I've tried visiting countless vets, but none of them compare to Hickory Vet Hospital. Dr. Pete Lands, in particular, is excellent and my german shepherd puppy loves spending time with him. He truly cares for my dog's well-being and it shows in the care that he and the rest of Hickory Vet provides. No gimmicks. I highly recommend!
Very caring staff! They took Frangelica and ran some tests, gave her fluids and eventually sent us all home with meds and food. I will seriously consider making them my regular vet. Thanks.
Just took my dog Quinton through emergency for breathing issues. Great communication between vet tech, front desk and veterinarian. They took such good care of him we are back home and Quinton is sleeping soundly in his bed. Thanks to the entire staff.
Staff very friendly! Had several pets that have gone there and always cared for animals, best vets around with great personalities. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
