Dr. Guys who attended my cat during our emergency visit was incompetent, not knowledgeable about anything. He could not see the issue that was obvious. Ordered unnecessary tests and administered unnecessary medications. As a result, no diagnosis whatsoever, no treatment, more suffering for my cat. And a bill for me for over $700. I had to take my cat somewhere else where she got properly diagnosed and treated. Big disappointment, waist of time and a rip off. Go somewhere else!!!!!

Major quality control issue with medications. My dog was almost killed by negligence . He was prescribed over 5 times his required med dosage for cushings . To boot , when the ramifications of that landed us in the ER , it was chalked up to “being final stages of kidney failure due to pain meds “ and hospice /thoughts for euthanasia is where we were directed . If I could leave a 0, I would. This was literally the worst service or lack there of that I've ever received. I got to my dogs 11am appointment early because I do not live local. We check in, 10 mins go by and other dogs are getting called back. I figured it because we got there early. Well 45 mins after her scheduled appointment time. Other dogs with later appointments are being called back. They allow a Repro vet to practice here that delivered my 10 Boxer puppies 4-5 days early then proceeded to allow inexperienced techs rub to their skin right off their heads while resuscitating them. Awful…… we lost 4 puppies
