As a client of Eastown Veterinary Clinic from 2013 to 2019, I am deeply saddened to be writing this review. Over the course of seven years, Dr. Tittle served as our cat, Lily's, primary veterinarian. Due to Lily's declining health in 2019, her medical expenses totaled $6,678.55, resulting in an overall cost of $13,332.18 during our time at Eastown. WHAT is with this "can I put you on a brief hold?" method of answering the phone when patients call in?? I have stood next to reception while the phone is answered and every call gets this treatment! Two of you are there, and each caller is put on hold. Every. Single. Time. I watched the receptionist literally do nothing while callers waited. WHY?????

This is my last straw with this garbage "veterinary clinic" after prescribing an inadequate amount of medication to make my cat better they are now holding the meds hostage saying that I need to come in for an appointment first. When the last appointment I was there. "Doctor" brockman was not able to provide a single shred of medical advice to help remedy the situation. They clearly only care about money here at Eastown vet. Decent veterinary clinic right in the city offers everything a pet owner needs to keep the fur babies healthy!

I'm not one to post reviews unless I have a really poor experience but I recently received that here. I was a pretty loyal customer to Eastown Vet ever since moving to the area despite their high prices, however most recently I took my dog in for an infection and was given antibiotics, a quick overview and steroids and charged $500. A ton of money compared to what I paid at another place, but I paid it with no complaints at the time as I felt they cared. The staff are SO so nice and helpful. Everything is just so expensive. I spent $250 on a wellness visit and shots - seems pretty steep. Will probably find somewhere new for the rest of my dog's checkups.

The facility is gorgeous. The staff is nice. But they are definitely going to charge you as much as they can. I felt pressured to get lots of procedures done that my dogs didn't need. They also didn't honor the fact that my puppy (who was adopted) had already had most of her vaccines done, and told me that they had to re-administer the shots. In the end I paid close to $300 after talking them down from $600. The two week follow up visit was going to cost me $500. I love my dogs but it just didn't feel right to pay that much ... read more

Our first experience here with a veterinarian and over all it was excellent. We were pretty loud in the lobby given that Bruce and Banner are puppies, so we were shuffled into a room where we waited 40 minutes. So it felt like time out, and I didn't get to grab a cup of the complimentary coffee. Up side when we did see the vet she was super nice, caring, attentive and thorough. I don't doubt that they care about my pet. In fact, I love the phone follow ups from the vet after I go in for anything. That said, they SUPER UPCHARGE AND OVERCHARGE! They are extremely pushy on having you do literally everything possible and they are by far the most expensive vet I've ever used. Must be how they afford everyone in their office wearing new apple watches... I would say at least half of every visit has been their staff trying to upsell me on some new flea medication for my indoor pets or a new dangled preve... read more
