Brought my new cats, Hugo and Pete, here (first time I've been here, too). Erin saw me carrying two cat carriers and swiftly held the doors open for me, which I very much appreciated! Dr. Neher and vet tech Kendra were genuinely caring and gentle with my two freaked-out rescue kitties. I felt they were committed to offering the best medical advice possible and they listened. An excellent clinic!

Always great when we come in. They always seem to have the availability I need for appointments. They also offer different options for services performed that day, cost and which we can do when, which his helps with the budget. They have also offered grooming for a while which is great for a one stop shop. We will continue to come to Eastown Vet as long as we are pet owners.

As a new pet owner in a new town, I had no idea where to go for my dog's medical needs. I chose Eastown based on their fabulous reviews and was not disappointed! The only thing that lowered the rating to 4 stars is that they're a little pricey. I do know, however, that my dog is getting the best care possible, so we'll continue to be using them as our primary vet clinic. We've worked with two vets so far and have adored them both. Pros: -Friendly and courteous front desk staff -Convenient scheduling -Grooming services were pretty good. Cons: -Way too heavy handed on the upsell. (They suggested a number of unnecessary tests for what turned out to be a minor medical issue and this is even after we pushed back. I don't want worrying about being oversold when I have ill pet.) -Pricing is a little high compared to other local vets. We're going to stick to grooming services and take our pet to a different provider for medical issues.

Very friendly front desk staff and vet assistant was fantastic. Examination of my dog was thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I appreciate the kindness all the staff exhibited in my visit.

My poodle got a really bad ear infection, brown gunk in it and she was itching all the time. Eastown Vet Clinic took great care of her. She weighs 6 pounds and is a shaky, nervous little dog... the vet staff members were gentle and warm with her which I truly appreciated. On the first visit they swabbed her ears and tested the samples right away, and she got treatment before we left. Just today we returned for a follow-up for the ear infection and had the same positive experience with the staff.

I just switched to Eastown with my 4 dogs and 2 cats. Dr. Ashley Tittle was very through and knowledgeable at my first visit and I look forward to further appointments.

Probably one of the best experiences at the vet I had with my dog. All the staff was super friendly, helpful, and insightful. Unfortunately, though given lots of options on care often felt like certain services were being up-sold to me. All being said, would still recommend others going there.
