Dr Happel and her team do a fantastic job. We have been so pleased with the care our dogs have received at Eastown Veterinary Clinic. Our pets are lucky to have them in the neighborhood!
First visit for new kitten. Very informative and friendly. Very clean office. Nice staff.
I take all three of our cats here and Dr. Tittle is always knowledgeable and friendly and remembers each of them and their issues. If you have a sick pet, I wouldn't recommend any other place.
As always - the staff and everyone here at Eastown Veterinary Clinic are so amazing! And great at putting up with my nervous dog! We love it here!
I would recommend this place to anyone. Eastown Veterinary Clinic has been so incredibly helpful, knowledgable and affordable since I got my puppy in February. The staff is so attentive and personable to the point that they remember Rue each time we walk through the door. We've even taken the puppy training with Amy and Rue has been training leaps and bounds.
After having problems with overcharging and needless extras at other vets we gave Eastown Vet Clinic a try. We are so glad we did. They are wonderful with our dogs and we always know what we are getting charged for. Their rates are good, and they are flexible on appointments. I will come here first as long as I live in Grand Rapids!
they are so wonderful to me and my sick baby. they've went above and beyond to be sure she has gotten the best care and have been extraordinarily kind and supportive while I am going through this with her. (she has a brain tumor). my girl is a sweetie pie, though. I will update my review after I see how they handle my crazy, anxious, and BIG boxer mix!
Had been looking for a good vet for over a year, and heard nothing but good things about Eastown Veterinary Clinic. Finally got the nerve up to get some contact, and I couldn't be happier. From the second we walked in the door, my pup and I felt very welcome! The staff was inviting and very involved, and the wait time was so short!
