I would recommend this place to anyone. Eastown Veterinary Clinic has been so incredibly helpful, knowledgable and affordable since I got my puppy in February. The staff is so attentive and personable to the point that they remember Rue each time we walk through the door. We've even taken the puppy training with Amy and Rue has been training leaps and bounds.

After having problems with overcharging and needless extras at other vets we gave Eastown Vet Clinic a try. We are so glad we did. They are wonderful with our dogs and we always know what we are getting charged for. Their rates are good, and they are flexible on appointments. I will come here first as long as I live in Grand Rapids!

they are so wonderful to me and my sick baby. they've went above and beyond to be sure she has gotten the best care and have been extraordinarily kind and supportive while I am going through this with her. (she has a brain tumor). my girl is a sweetie pie, though. I will update my review after I see how they handle my crazy, anxious, and BIG boxer mix!

Had been looking for a good vet for over a year, and heard nothing but good things about Eastown Veterinary Clinic. Finally got the nerve up to get some contact, and I couldn't be happier. From the second we walked in the door, my pup and I felt very welcome! The staff was inviting and very involved, and the wait time was so short! This is the only clinic I have been to in Grand Rapids. With that being said I love them and I do not think any other vet will get the chance. I always feel so welcome and they recognize my pet because of his behavior. They always praise him and make my pet feel relaxed. The staff knows what they are doing and are always accommodating and flexible with appointments. I bring my cat, Benjamin here. This place is beyond amazing. The way they treat you the moment you walk in the door with your pet best friend is what makes this establishment the best. The doctors are extremely friendly and can get your head around the information very quickly, every visit comes with written printouts with details and instructions in case you need to keep an eye out for anything or have to do something for your pet, just ask, they are here to help us. We started bringing our 2 cats (Kayne & Abyll) here right after they opened as we weren't happy with our previous vet. Dr. Happel and staff have been absolutely great! Unfortunately, Kayne developed intestinal cancer and is no longer with us, but the staff was wonderful with treatments and medications along the way. When he passed, they even sent a sympathy card to our home which was very heart warming. Abyll still is with us and goes to the Vet for his check ups. A wonderful vet. Through and quick. The vet and my nurse were very kind and caring they took care of my cat and did some additional work at no change. Very nice office and a great staff. It may cost a bit more than others around but the small mark up is worth it for this kind of care and professionalism.
