We started bringing our 2 cats (Kayne & Abyll) here right after they opened as we weren't happy with our previous vet. Dr. Happel and staff have been absolutely great! Unfortunately, Kayne developed intestinal cancer and is no longer with us, but the staff was wonderful with treatments and medications along the way. When he passed, they even sent a sympathy card to our home which was very heart warming. Abyll still is with us and goes to the Vet for his check ups. Everyone there continues to be very friendly and helpful with... read more

A wonderful vet. Through and quick. The vet and my nurse were very kind and caring they took care of my cat and did some additional work at no change. Very nice office and a great staff. It may cost a bit more than others around but the small mark up is worth it for this kind of care and professionalism.

Mad love for ETV. My dog, Tina Fey, is high maintenance. Like ridiculous, perpetual two-year old shenanigans, something new every week, high maintenance. For a lady like this, we need a GOOD vet with a supportive staff. We had this in Chicago and were very sad to leave our vet there, but have found great care from the staff at ETV. Willing and able to answer any and every weird question, Tina is adjusting well to GR. They also have a behavioral specialist on staff who does obedience training classes as well as private sessio... read more

Living in the Eastown neighborhood, I love having a vet within walking distance! The staff has been nothing but helpful and caring. In fact, they know who my dogs are and what they need when I call. And on top of that, I love that this is an independently owned practice rather than part of a national franchise.

Do not waste your time or money here. I'm disappointed in myself for not looking at the reviews before going. To start, when our cat was being examined the tech was going over heart worm prevention. She point blank told us you better hope she does not have them because if she does there is no hope for her while she laughed. I understand this is their everyday, but it didn't feel great to have her joke about this as we brought our cat in with serious concern of a lump on her back. I then spent over $1,000 to have the lump ... read more

Eastown veterinary clinic is awful and over priced. I would not recommend to anyone on less they have money to shred. Since I have a new kitten I had requested an appointment online then received a phone call about it later that day. When I was on the phone I asked about an estimated amount. All they said was they would be a standard wellness check up for about 75 and then all the shots following would be estimated on the day of your appointment at the clinic. When I got to the clinic, they said the fvrcp and the wellness ch... read more

I have been bringing my cats here for a while now (around 3 years), and I'm just piecing together a few things (thanks to similar reviews too), and I feel extremely taken advantage of. In 2023, I was bringing my cat here almost monthly because he had a bizarre lip wound that kept growing. Instead of listening to my concerns, they jumped to testing him for cancer. I left in tears, paying nearly $800. I'm ashamed to say, I was so worried about my cat and he wasn't getting better, that I didn't question this behavior. They co... read more

I brought my dog in for a wart on her butt, that was bleeding. We waited over 40 minutes just to be seen by the veterinarian despite not being busy. We ended up paying over $200 just to get a rabies vaccine and a sample of the bump, only to be told that she would require general anesthesia along with a slew of all of these other issues she had... because she is an old dog. It felt like a sales scheme to try to rack up as many procedures as possible. She is a 13 year old dog and we went in to take care of just one thing that ... read more

Made an appointment to bring my 2 cats for their yearly checkup since it looked like a super nice facility and close to where we live. When we got there we waited 30 minutes (it wasn't busy) before the assistant came into the room, and quoted me over $800 for the exams, bloodwork, and a few vaccines. They're AAHA accredited but i still can't justify paying those absurd prices for the most basic things that would've been half the price anywhere else. Unfortunately we will be going elsewhere
