Very difficult to work with they pushy, Coercing you into the most expensive treatments...every test in every vaccine available plus astronomical cost for teeth cleaning which they shame you every time you bring your pet in. Even if you want to do the best, have done everything and have a healthy and happy pet. They don't allow for you to pick and choose what you want for your pet. I am looking for a new vet since moving to G.R. These reviews are disheartening to say the least...I hope this facility ups their game..As I'm finding ...large city vets seem to have only one concern $$$$

I reluctantly excepted an appointment at 8 o'clock in the morning on Halloween only to get to the office and be told that my appointment has been deleted no one contact me contact me to tell me this they rescheduled me for 11 o'clock then sent me a text saying they would see me at 11:20 I called to make sure so I wouldn't miss the appointment if it was actually at 11 and they shored me it was at 11 o'clock we got to the office at 11 o'clock it is 1126 and we're sitting in the car with our frantic cats locked in a box waiting... read more

I've been going to Eastown Veterinary Clinic for over 5 years and have spent literally thousands of dollars with them between preventative care and emergency care. I have gone back and forth on what I would rate this vet when I finally do. Today was just the straw that broke the camels back. I feel compelled to further downgrade my review because the case is now absolutely settled in my mind: this is a profit-driven business, not purpose-driven, as they claim. It is easy to make yourself appear the latter by modernizing your building, offering millennial-friendly tech savvy services, investing in quality marketing and a visually appealing website, and then paying people to leave you yelp reviews (and no judgement here people, I too fell for this initially which was why my first yelp review was five stars). I moved and needed a new vet. So, I took my cat here for the first time and will not be going back. I will say receptionist and assistants are all nice. My problem was with all of the hidden costs and procedures they tried to add on to the appointment. I noticed the computer screen listed many things and had the price of $600. This clinic is expensive and they will try to up sell you until crack. I have taken my cats here on several occasions and have worked with each of the vets. I would never recommend this clinic. The vet techs start off your appointment by talking to you for a few minutes and then turning a computer screen toward you with a breakdown of their recommendations for care. Every. Single. Time. As a client of Eastown Veterinary Clinic from 2013 to 2019, I am deeply saddened to be writing this review. Over the course of seven years, Dr. Tittle served as our cat, Lily's, primary veterinarian. Due to Lily's declining health in 2019, her medical expenses totaled $6,678.55, resulting in an overall cost of $13,332.18 during our time at Eastown. WHAT is with this "can I put you on a brief hold?" method of answering the phone when patients call in?? I have stood next to reception while the phone is answered and every call gets this treatment! Two of you are there, and each caller is put on hold. Every. Single. Time. I watched the receptionist literally do nothing while callers waited. WHY?????
