Our dog is high maintenance and anxious, but the staff here treats us kindly and her like a queen!
So friendly and attentive to my dog- tests done right on site and quickly so we didn't have to come back. Easy to schedule appointments and reschedule when the first one didn't work...staff seems knowledgeable and to have my dog's best interests at heart!
Dr. Happel and team are awesome! They were able to heal our very very sick kitty and were so great throughout the process! We had to move out of town and miss their care!
Really great experience this morning. I'm in from out of town with my dog who was having an itchy skin inflammation. Called when they opened at 8am, they got me in at 9am. Dr Tittle and the nurse (?) were super nice. Listened to me and answered every question and then some. I wish my vet in Las Vegas was this good.
I love eastown veterinary clinic. All of the staff is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you and your pet. They also have grooming with Lea who always treats my dog with kindness and understands that my dog is a little trimmed. If you have a new pet or just looking for something different try eastown.
The staff is so great and gives great tips to try regarding my kitty's crazy behavior. Some work some don't but they never make me feel crazy for asking any questions or for help! They also provide numerous helpful reminder for appointments and work with you well when you need to reschedule. I've had both doctors now at Eastown vet and they are phenomenal. They are willing to have you call them with questions which is huge as a new mom to 2 cats!
Dr. Happel and Dr. Tittle are great! Dr. Tittle figured out that our dog had a thyroid issue after we had been to three vets about his symptoms over the years. They always give an estimate too prior to so you know what to expect upon check-out which is appreciated.
I love the ladies at Eastown Veterinary! They make my dogs feel so welcome and so at home. There has never been a time when they hated or dreaded the drive to the vet. Great customer service on top of great veterinary practices. I highly recommend these guys!!!
Eastown Vet was very helpful. Molly has found a new vet and in doing so she was able to get caught up on all vaccines and medications necessary. The staff was friendly and accommodating after missing to schedule my appt they quickly put me in the next time slot. We will definitely be returning!
