I would not recommend EVC. We had a horrible experience with our dog. She was initially misdiagnosed for several weeks, & we were told she was probably dying of cancer. She received several unnecessary medications, & also had an invasive biopsy, all to diagnose a very common skin infection. I feel my concerns were blown off, & I really feel as though all they wanted was to have me spend as much money as possible. I am new to the area and took my cat in b/c of urinary tract issues. The staff was SUPER friendly. I was very impressed with the time the assistant and vet were willing to spend explaining and educating. Very good care. The only downside is they are A LOT more expensive than previous vets I have used. This is going to keep me shopping around for more affordable rates, which is too bad b/c these guys are nice.

Front desk girl seemed uninterested and incompetent, the vet here did not seem caring at all, just seemed cold and interested in the money. It was very, very expensive and impersonal. I would never trust my pets care in their hands, look elsewhere!

Greetings, I hate to give a low rating to Ea Veterinary Clinic but my overall experience there was unsatisfactory. 1. I was not greeted or acknowledge by the receptionist the 5 - 10 minutes I was in the waiting area. I understand the receptionist was on the phone regarding the computer system but the conversation was casual and a quick " I'll be with you in a second" would of been an appropriate gesture.
