Love this place!!! Love Sam and Cassandra, exam room assistants along with Dr Neher!! They all make Molly feel safe and comfort her so it's such a positive experience for her!! They truly are top notch in their professionalism and love of their patients!! So glad I found them with Molly our new pup!! Plus I believe their rates are competitive!! Thanks Eastown Veterinary Clinic!!
They take great care of our animals! Moses and Izzy have been going here for years and they are happy and healthy pups.

Eastown was running about 20 minutes behind on appointments. I explained I needed to be out by a certain time, and they made it happen! Thank you from mom and bigger thank you from Jazzy! Peanut butter is always a great prize for her cooperation.

I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new vet asap as my cat had an issue that needed to be looked at. My experience was just ok. I wasn't overly impressed but there was nothing really negative about it either. Prices seemed kind of high but I didn't know anyone to recommend someone different so I brought my dog in when she needed her exam and shots. The tech and the vet were both absolutely great with her. She has a lot of anxiety about going to the vet (as I'm sure most dogs do) but they made her so comfortable... read more
This is a fantastic vet clinic. Dr. Happel and her staff provide such excellent care to my senior kitty who has kidney disease. With the help of Dr. Happel's advice and care, we've been successfully managing the disease for over a year. I always get a phone call within a couple of days after an appointment, either to talk about blood work or to follow up on condition if it was a sick pet visit. Eastown and Dr. Happel have earned a patient for life--as long as I have pets and live in Grand Rapids, I wouldn't trust anyone else... read more

Love this clinic! The vets are wonderful with the animals and take time to answer any and all of you questions. The groomer here is amazing she is patient and soft with our puppy and dog.

Very friendly staff! However , like most businesses, they do their best to convince you to pay for things that are not necessary. For one visit to have my cat examined and tested it was $300 and that was the final price after I took off some of what they advised me to get. After the visit I came to the realization that I didn't need to have half of the tests done that I paid for.
This place is absolutely wonderful. Our 7wk old German Shepherd puppy needed to get into a vet ASAP, they got us in right away when other vets couldn't. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the prices are fair! If you want the best care possible for your pet, go to Eastown Vet clinic!!
