We have been coming to this hospital for decades. And with our beloved Clover they misdiagnosed and missed the mass in his lower stomach area and pinched nerve in his neck, he was crying in pain and pretty old. We had to medically euthanize him and I am still saddened by his passing. After today we'll no longer be apart of this hospital.

If I could give a negative number, I would. My daughter took her healthy kitten in to be neutered. The tech injected him and left. When the doc showed up to do the surgery, several minutes later, he was dead. THEN w/o any communication decided to revive him and do the surgery anyway. Too long w/o oxygen... he started seizing as soon as he started coming to. THEN they ODed him with phenobarbital! TWICE the amount recommended. I'm disgusted. The tech should go: the doc should go.

Dr.? Samantha Chang, Columbia Pike Emergency Animal Hospital In early July we took our pet cat to the Clinic, due to her excessive vomiting. She was seen by you and diagnosed with fluid around her lungs, and you prescribed heart medication and requested a follow up visit in two weeks. We were unable to get an appointment within the two weeks period and, due to the serious nature of our pet's condition, we struggled with the effort to get an earlier appointment, as you had recommended. That visit costs us $973.00 Dr.? Chan... read more

If you love your fur baby stay away from this hospital!!!!! They gave my fur baby Buprenex without my permission when she was admitted for a pancreas and kidney episode. They don't deserve to hold the title Doctor! This is a med should not have been administered. Staff was horrible! Ultimately my baby passed away two days after leaving their care and to this day they still don't know. This was Mother's Day weekend. Absolutely no follow up. Town and County, their other facility in Fairfax is just as bad, STAY AWAY I would giv... read more

This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST animal hospital i have EVER been too! My dog was bitten by another dog and i thought it could possibly have been infected so we rush her over there and immediately before saying like "oh she will be ok" their first response was to tell me that they needed over $100 for her to just be looked at... I'm not sure about anyone else but if i am so concerned to the point where i take my dog to an emergency clinic i want to know how she is doing rather than being bothered about a cost but it gets worse! Fi... read more

Wonderful doctors. Horrible front desk staff. I've been going here for years and the front desk is the reason I have decided to switch vets.

Have come here twice in the last month, once for an emergency visit, and another with an appointment scheduled ahead of time, and both times, I've left disappointed and stressed. I understand that there are other emergencies to tend to, but it just feels like the team did not know how to handle my pet, and the communication was lacking. It was during my second visit that I realized I was wasting my time here when I brought my cat in with urinary issues, only to find out that after 8+ hours, all they did was frighten and stre... read more
