Get directionsThe customer service was horrible. Especially management. I asked for them and they weren't able to cooperate instead they hung up the phone on their own will despite having an unsatisfied customer. If your pet is in need run to another hospital, you'll save yourself a lot of time
such B***S***. went in w/a prescription from MY vet for some speciality dog food. they would not fill it w/o their own exam. all about the $$$$$$. thank heaven for petsmart!
This place is not only incompetent, they are inhumane, IMO. I explained to the doctor over phone that my dog had thrown up METAL WIRE, and that we had taken them to the vet before and the vet hadn't done a CT scan (despite my urging), and that after leaving, the next day (without having gone outside at all) he threw up MORE metal wire that had still been stuck in his stomach. And I explained that my dog wasn't eating/drinking. I also explained that cost was not issue, I would pay whatever amount of money they needed, I just... read more
I came here when my new kitten (adopted literally one week prior to the visit) had a small seizure. It was terrifying, and all I could think of was my best friend growing up who had a kitten start seizing then soon died. So, I was super upset and scared. The midnight Vet- Dr Mary something was nice at first, and gave me the options- draw blood, stay the night for observation. This was the first time I'd ever been to a vet, and wanted to understand the options/price. I had JUST got this cat, my first ever. The full treatment... read more
I have been bringing my dogs and cats here for 7 years and have always had been treated fairly well even though you seriously still have to advocate for your pet if you feel like something is wrong. I called to cancel an appointment and ask that my dog was taken out of the system as deceased because he had passed away last week (after being seen there and got a clean bill of health which couldn't have been less true) a few days prior. Upon this request the person I talked to said "is that all?" And all I could try to say wa... read more
This place is the worst, keep your pet as far away from here as possible. My husband and I took our cat in on a Friday but Sunday they was saying she was dying and said we need to put her to sleep. The did a procedure Saturday, told us we could pick her up Saturday night, by Sunday she was so weak we took her back. The Doctor told us she was suffering and needed to be put to sleep. They ran some test, and still to this day no one has called. But they made sure to get all our money. I will be filing a claim with BBB today. I ... read more
The service here is horrible. I went here this morning as my pet has issue the whole night with his back legs and butt. When the doctor talked to me - no mask. Very impatient -
Long wait but very helpful when my kitty stepped on an electric stove. Explained everything very well by the vet on site. $135 for the visit not including antibiotics and pain meds.
I'm shocked to see so many negative reviews. It certainly seems that everyone expectations and experiences are different here. But my experience was fantastic. My dog got suddenly sick on the morning of New Year's Eve. Whining, crying, howling, vomiting, freaking out, etc. My regular vet was closed. We called the emergency vet right by our house- at capacity. Called another emergency vet- at capacity. It was pretty clear that, with so many vets closed for the holiday, the emergency vets were all bursting at the seams. But ra... read more
