Another awful experience today, after arriving 15 minutes early (because I know it'll take them at least that long to get it together and check me in), they refused to take my friends dog (he made an appointment at the same time as I did for my 2 Great Danes) saying they didn't have the space... long story short they were supposed to send someone out to talk to us, that didn't happen. The absolute WORST place ever! Time and time again, they are horrible. The latest (today) was I made an appointment for a visit and after waiting for almost an hour in the parking lot, I finally approached one of the staff and they said because they have so many appointments that they cannot take my dog in...even thought I had made an appointment. **if you love inattentive, rude, and shitty service I highly recommend** Just take your business elsewhere. I honestly don't know how this place has so many reviews. The customer service is absolutely the worst thing I've encountered in my life. You think the food industry is horrible, HA check out this place. I took my pet for the first time here. Will be the last. After they brought my dog they forgot to check me out. Over 30 mins passed and I asked hey can I go in to pay or pay online?? They told me someone would call me. I continued to wait until someone called and said "oh seems like we forgot to check you out." I've called twice to get receipt because my dogs visit didn't require any medication and she was in for about 15 mins, yet the bill was kind of high. This is not about the quality of their veterinarians. This is about the office/administrative staff, pharmacist and owner. My elderly dogs have been a long-time patients of Columbia Pike Animal Hospital. Every time we go, something else goes way off the rails and I convince myself that continuity in my dogs' care is more important than my being ripped off or being treated like my time doesn't matter. Worst experience of my life. Dropped off my healthy puppy for a basic procedure, ended up paying over 3k to bring her back to life. A friend of mine lost his dog of 11 years because apparently five check ups with MRIs etc wasn't enough to diagnose cancer at Columbia Pike Animal Hospital. Stay away from this horrible place!

My Dog Went to Columbia Pike Animal Hospital for a Routine Procedure but ALMOST DIED under their care. DO NOT SEND YOUR PETS HERE. On December 22, 2020, our 6-month-old English Bulldog Maya had a scheduled spay and cherry eye correction. The LONG wait times for everything-appointments (at least 45 mins past scheduled time) and just medication pick-up (40 minutes) are OUTRAGEOUS. Time is valuable and this place doesn't seem to respect that. A follow-up text or call explain the wait would have been appreciated.

This clinic has staff that are completely incompetent. Tony, responded to me and was completely unprofessional. His staff lied several times to me, canceling my appointments last minute. Making me take an elderly dog in and out of a car repeatedly. This is even after calling to confirm appointments on the day of. Please do not take your pet here. I also sat outside and witnessed them dragging a dog inside who was not willing to go. This is after the owner asked repeatedly for them to change their behavior.
