Where to begin! We love Columbia Pike Animal Hospital! The vets take the time to get to know you and your pet; they know pets are family members. Dr. Barnett and Dr. Waite saved my dogs life and are so sweet to check in on her. They're responsive. You can always walk in or get a quick appointment. Prices are extremely reasonable. Vet techs are friendly! Front office staff are friendly and always efficient. They don't think I'm crazy when I bring my fur babies in for every little thing. My 20 year old cat was having some issues, not life threatening, but definitely needed to be seen on Sunday. Dr Nishi was very knowledgeable and had a kind disposition, a top notch vet. If CPAH was a little closer, I would consider using them for regular check ups. I do appreciate they do not charge a premium for their urgent care services.

Want to reiterate what a great experience I have had with this hospital. Dr. Davis Hall is the best vet I have ever worked with. He is very common sense and really cares about the animals, not just the charges. Really appreciate his long experience and practice decisions.

I have been bringing my pup, who has numerous health concerns, to CPAH for a few years now and I have been so happy with them! You can get an appointment on the same or next day pretty much all the time. Plus the 24/7 service with no emergency fee is a game changer among vets who nickel and dime you for every little thing. I see concerns below around the front desk/clerical staff. I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews. I had 3 cats since 1999. I'd been at another vet (Springfield Animal Hospital), but had seen them decline and become far more business oriented than pet oriented. So when I was down to one geriatric cat (age 16), I switched to CPAH which was more convenient to my home, and I liked that they have 24 hour service. This is the best animal clinic ever! Dr's, Mack, Jada, Jones and Beckford saved my cat's life in December. The front desk staff are very efficient and fast. Great communication between the front desk and doctors, I can't say enough good things about them.
