Solo was such a great dog he developed cancer and Columbia pike told us that even though we had great intentions and wonderful insurance the outcome would still lead to his death- it was up to us to decide how much we wanted his last days to be for he was was pain and suffering. It's been 15 months since we had to say goodbye, I think back often to their kindness that day and afterwards when we were given his paw print. We have Sadie now and they see her at Columbia.

Had to make a late night/early morning visit to Columbia Pike. The techs were so sweet and kind and the doctor was amazing. Spent a ton of time going over diagnosis and prognosis with me. I assumed it was going to break the bank going to a 24/7 vet, but was pleasantly surprised. If it were only a little closer to my house, I would definitely make this my primary! Granby (my pup) gives them an enthusiastic 2 paws up!

My husband and I needed a vet to assess our dog. There was a bit of a squabble at doggy daycare and my pup came home with a deep lesion on her snout - it was an open wound and we wanted an opinion from a professional. The animal clinic we typically take our pup to was at capacity, they offered other clinics, but they were also at capacity! Great experience this morning. With an appointment, the process is very easy and fairly quick. I have not been back here for a few months after a 3 hour wait last time, but that was without an appointment. We were in and out within 30 minutes today. Doctor called and gave very clear instructions and asked all the questions needed. Dog was back in my car before I could even pay the bill.

Our beloved 14 year old dog suddenly became sick and I patronized Columbia Pike Animal Hospital & Emergency Center's Emergency Center facilities 2X over the course of 2 days on his behalf. I found the Veterinarians to be knowledgeable, professional and above all, empathic. They were both willing to work with me as a team; they asked me good questions, they listened to me, they tailored their recommendations to my pet's needs and mine and we came up with sensible options that worked best for our pet and our family. I have a senior dog, age 12 now. Since her puppy days she has always been pretty low maintenance and healthy, only needing to go to the vet for vaccinations and the occasional ear infection or GI problem. Provided excellent care for my kitty who was developing an infection on some broken nails. I paid about $130 for an antibiotic shot that will last 2 weeks and the cone of shame. The cone was $30, so if your pet need one and you're trying to keep to a tight budget it might be worth finding one online or in a pet store, it's nothing special as far as I can tell.
