Get directionsDr. Reed Hall and the other vets at CPAH are the absolute best. I've been taking my pets here since 2007 and I've gotten nothing but STELLAR service from the vets and the staff. They listen, they're empathetic, knowledgeable, and they help. I wouldn't think of taking my fur babies anywhere else.
What a huge facility. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I called first to make sure my fur baby could be seen. The receptionist took my info over the phone so I could bypass the paperwork when I arrived. It's a busy practice, but the wait time wasn't that long. I would definitely recommend to family & friends.
We brought our dog - fourteen years old and with congestive heart failure - into CPAH after he ate half a cinnamon raisin bagel and all our usual urgent care vets were at capacity. We were completely freaked out because we had spent an hour trying to find a place that could take him, but CPAH was great - the front desk staff walked us through the steps to getting him processed while we were driving over, and took him back for treatment as soon as we arrived. Dr. Nishi took a lot of time explaining the treatment and the risks... read more
The kindness and professional care from Columbia Pike Animal Hospital and Town and Country vet offices can't be beat. Thank you for all the care for 35 yrs Dr Hall. 14 of our furry family members thank you as well!!
I've taken my dog here a couple times now when I couldn't get him in to be seen by his regular vet. Both times were for things that couldn't wait a week or two for an appointment. The staff is great and my dog received the care he needed at an affordable price for an urgent care facility.
I don't know how a negative thing could be written about this hospital. We called as a new client and sadly having to euthanize our dog. Many other hospitals wouldn't even see us. They were beyond respectful, waved the new client fee, had a private room for us, were incredibly thoughtful, caring and kind. I could not say anything nicer about the staff and the hospital. Thank you all.
Our diabetic cat apparently had an overdose of insulin and we rushed him to this hospital. They were even more responsive to the emergency than most human ERs. They jumped right in and communicated with us throughout the ordeal. They were very professional but also kind.
i brought my yorkie puppy in because he ate a cat toy so they needed to induce vomiting. we have never been here before but were in the area when it happened. we were seen right away and were in and out in under 20 minutes. staff was young and very helpful. our bowie boy left happy and healthy.
I recently had to take my dachshund here for an emergency visit. It was 11pm on a Saturday night. Given the complexities that come with COVID, I thought he staff handled everything very well. We waited and we're able to get checked in -- the front desk staff was receptive and helpful. Sidenote: I think that clinic and hospital front desk staff get a very bad rap -- it's a hard job and it can often unearth many challenges. They're doing the best they can and I appreciate them. CPAH is no different -- good staff making the b... read more
