When I went the triage person came and looked at her and said that we would have to wait and wasn't sure what the wait time would be. I asked if we could go home and wait if it was gonna be a while. Do not take your pet here if it's a true emergency. On top of their very rude employees, they are cruel to the animals, forcing them in tiny cages with no food, water or even human companionship for HOURS before even being seen. I was constantly told that we were next....next....next. After five hours I finally left and took my baby to another ER where the doc said he would have died if I waited any longer. These people should not be trusted. Ever.

Took our boy in last night after finding him unresponsive and dizzy. The "techs" said they were 100% sure that the dog was high on THC, even though there was no way he got into anything like that. Took him home and after watching him for a while, he threw up a big rotten piece of fish. This kind of practice is dangerous and instead of easily treating my dog, they could have made home worse
I took my westie Milo here upon noticing a bot fly larvae had been attached under his skin and caused a gaping wound. My dog was uncomfortable and in pain. We decided to take him in on a Sunday at 8:00pm. The wait was a little over two hours but we were warned of this upon arrival. Our dog suffered what appeared to be a major stroke Sunday evening. When we arrived at Animal ER Care , we were quickly placed in an examination room where we waited for 2 hours with no contact from the staff. I eventually had to find someone to check on our dog, and that took 30 minutes for a tech to come in the room to take her vitals. After more time passed she was taken in the back for "observation". Our 3 year old Golden Retriever recently suffered from xylitol poisoning. The staff here was amazing. They treated our pup and us with great compassion and provided outstanding care. My hope is that nobody ever needs emergency care for their pet, but if they do, this is the place to go. We have had to use an emergency vet before with another pet and had gone to another ER because we didn't know about this one and had a terrible experience. 100% recommend. I was traveling back in from a very long drive with my injured fur kid.
