Being referred for rattlesnake bite on my 12yr old dog on a weekend evening, Dr. Keller and staff were most helpful and very attentive to our needs. Was referred from local vet for emergency follow up. Dr. Keller and all staff we interacted with were most helpful and responsive. Left me very reassured of my dog's condition and prognosis. Taking us straight in due to emergency.
The staff is very caring with both the patient and the parent. I waited in a room by myself with a television (with Netflix), and the staff brought me my dog to stay with me when they were running tests. Are they expensive? Yes! But the care they give is priceless. Attention to my pet and me

I wish I could rate them a 0 this time. I feel they don't deserve a 1. We brought our dog, Kachina, to Animal ER after our vet had her staff call ahead notifying them that we would be bringing our sick dog there. She was supposed to be put on IV fluids immediately. Instead, they gave her fentanyl. When we dropped her off, we told them NO FENTANYL. That she had died on fentanyl. We told them not to put her on fentanyl. Our vet, who had been treating Kachina for over 10 years, said no fentanyl, Kachina's paperwork from our vet... read more
Very professional and understanding staff. They did a great job with taking care of Anna and in a timely manner ! i honestly would recognize everyone who helped me from the lady at the front desk, to the man who checked anna's vitals and the doctor who took good care of anna and was kind and patient with me! the respect and dedication they have to doing a great job is unmatched
The staff is incredibly caring. I've owned INDOOR cats since I was 19 (I'm 50 now) and have NEVER experienced staff as amazing as what they have here. Everyone is very friendly, caring, and empathetic. I had seven cats, all about the same age and 5 have needed their services in the last two years. They treat me with respect and are very careful with my cats. Vet care can be spendy, but you get what you pay for here. I will continue to patronize this business.

My cat was very ill and I almost lost her. The Doctors and staff were very caring and worked hard to save her life. They took care of all the insurance processing, making it very easy for me to just concentrate on Kiki. She is alive and well because of their expertise. I highly recommend them.
Everyone was very helpful. I love Gil. He is the best at handling my dog. Dr. Pierce was informative and really seemed to like Rampage I would like to thank Gil. When the others thought they might have to muzzle my dog. He asked them to just give Rampage a minute to figure things out. They did and Rampage was just fine. The staff is amazing! Every interaction we were treated well, they were knowledgeable and gave our baby Ziggy lots of love while he was in the hospital for a few days. The drs were amazing and literally saved our babies life, the front desk staff was so kind and helpful and a special thank you to the overnight care staff for showering our baby with lots of love and sending me pictures!
