The entire staff were wonderful. They responded quickly and took great care of our dog. They were extremely compassionate during a very scary time and were able to put our minds at ease. I forgot everyone's name but our first interaction was with the front desk. They were amazing!. The Doctors that took care of Rebel were outstanding and really put our minds at ease. They saved our dogs life.

We recently took our 16 year old cat to ER care after becoming paralyzed in her lower back. We were treated promptly, and after informative and compassionate consulting with Dr Sticker, we decided to euthanize our cat during our visit. The process was handled very well, (Thank you Jennifer and Dr) allowing us one last visit with our cat. In closing, it was a very positive memory considering the circumstances. Thanks again Dave and Brenda Steib Rye, Colorado

Responsive and expert emergency care for my dog to stabilize her. I appreciate the transparent and graceful discussion of costs and options. Our attending vet is wonderful--knowledgeable, excellent communication. She thought ahead about the continuing care strategy for us to continue with our regular vet and initiated a solid plan for testing and treatment, and shared effective clinical notes.

We were very happy with the level of care our cat received. Everyone we interacted with was professional, compassionate, and gentle. The wait time was much less than originally expected. Additionally, the hospital is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend them! Just wish they were a little closer to where we live. :)

They did not look at cat, she was 10 minutes too late for her appointment . They asked if we could come back the next morning at seven. They didn't even look at her then,, they just diagnosed her as having dental problems. That would be $2500 / $3000. Now what do I do? Now, 10 days later, I'm looking at this cat who hasn't been able to eat which I told them and she's been having all sorts of problems that they didn't address and she has a big abscess on her butt which they didn't look at and they didn't prescribe any ointmen... read more

Went to this ER, because our Lab was descalped by another dog. They didn't bring her in for over an hour and never would give her any gauze while waiting. They said she would have to wait over 4 hours!!!! Crazy bad service. Do not go there.

We were very grateful for the comfort ,care and expertise provided to us for our sweet puppy Buster..When you are in this emergency situation it is so helpful to have a well trained staff. I felt comfortable leaving our boy in their care overnight in ICU knowing that he had a great nurse to care for him and it was wonderful to have a phone number where we could get updates and further comfort....

It's a very long drive for me, but worth it, because this is the best Animal ER in El Paso County. Although he wasn't there when I brought in Cooper's Hawk, he's been there for previous babies. I'd love to praise Raymond Romero. He is the best tech in the world. Much love! Everything is great when I need to bring a baby to the ER.

would be lower if I had a way to post it. 5 hour wait for Vet with a bleeding dog. Totally unacceptable. If you need care make sure your pet is young enough to live to be seen. Emergency care is a joke at this place.
