Get directionsWe are very thankful for Animal ER Care. Around 6am, we brought our dog in because he was belly breathing & seemed off. Instead of racking up a bunch of charges & not being able to properly treat him, they took a look at him & referred us to a specialist in Denver. It saved his life. Even at 16 months old, he was in Chronic Heart Failure. They truly care about the animals that come through the door & that can be very hard to find. Very thankful for their staff.
Beware of this incompetent animal care business. They will recommend thousands of dollars in tests. And when those test result in nothing found they will take your money and send you in your way. Not only this, but when our pet was discharged they walked us through all testing performed and the associated charges. We paid our bill in full and then months later they charged us for tests that were not performed and threatened to send our "bill" to collections if we didn't pay the additional cost for services not received. Came here on one of the worst days of my life and they were so amazing. Treated me so well and did everything right. So extremely appreciative especially to the front desk worker whose name I unfortunately don't remember. Thank you!
The entire staff were wonderful. They responded quickly and took great care of our dog. They were extremely compassionate during a very scary time and were able to put our minds at ease. I forgot everyone's name but our first interaction was with the front desk. They were amazing!. The Doctors that took care of Rebel were outstanding and really put our minds at ease. They saved our dogs life.
We recently took our 16 year old cat to ER care after becoming paralyzed in her lower back. We were treated promptly, and after informative and compassionate consulting with Dr Sticker, we decided to euthanize our cat during our visit. The process was handled very well, (Thank you Jennifer and Dr) allowing us one last visit with our cat. In closing, it was a very positive memory considering the circumstances. Responsive and expert emergency care for my dog to stabilize her. I appreciate the transparent and graceful discussion of costs and options. Our attending vet is wonderful--knowledgeable, excellent communication. She thought ahead about the continuing care strategy for us to continue with our regular vet and initiated a solid plan for testing and treatment, and shared effective clinical notes.

We were very happy with the level of care our cat received. Everyone we interacted with was professional, compassionate, and gentle. The wait time was much less than originally expected. Additionally, the hospital is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend them! Just wish they were a little closer to where we live. :)

They did not look at cat, she was 10 minutes too late for her appointment . They asked if we could come back the next morning at seven. They didn't even look at her then,, they just diagnosed her as having dental problems. That would be $2500 / $3000. Now what do I do? Now, 10 days later, I'm looking at this cat who hasn't been able to eat which I told them and she's been having all sorts of problems that they didn't address and she has a big abscess on her butt which they didn't look at and they didn't prescribe any ointmen... read more

Went to this ER, because our Lab was descalped by another dog. They didn't bring her in for over an hour and never would give her any gauze while waiting. They said she would have to wait over 4 hours!!!! Crazy bad service. Do not go there.
