I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Animal ER. My pet's emergency situation was handled extremely poorly, and I felt like the doctor and staff was extremely judgmental. I went here for complications from my dog's surgery and they didn't really address what we went in for. The communication from the staff was very unclear. I had to ask multiple times for updates on my pet's condition, and even then, I didn't get the information I needed. The doctor/staff came in and was very shocked we had surgery... read more

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DONT GO HERE! The owner is a joke. She talks down to you and treats you like a POS! She called me a liar and they refused to give my dying dog pain meds so that I could say goodbye. This place took my goodbye from me!!! I have always gotten the best care from this service. You helped me give my 23 year old cat a quiet sleep instead of suffering. This cat was miserable and you have helped him eat much better, he beside me now, purring... All the docs and techs have been so kind and calm. Tonight was the 4th time I have brought my dog to Animal ER Care over the last year or so and I have nothing but great things to say! The staff is amazing and truly so helpful, the treatment for my dog is really above and beyond and I appreciate the honesty and straightforward attitude from this place all around! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO THIS ER! I drove my Yorkie to Animal ER Care yesterday as my Yorkie was having her puppy. The puppy was halfway out and she appeared to be having difficulty pushing him out. I arrived at the ER and asked if they would help me. This is my first time experiencing this and I was afraid for my dog. There was zero concern about my dog. From START to FINISH I spoke with the finance team. If I could leave a review less than 0 stars, I absolutely would. do not come here unless you want to be waiting for a fraction of your day. They only had 1 vet in the clinic working with multiple emergency cases, running around looking absolutely frantic. The staff gave no explanation as to what took so long, leaving me to wait for over 4 hours with a sick dog and 2 small children with me. I was there from 2:26 pm to well past 7 pm. this place had us jumping through hoops to get answers for our dog. first we bring our puppy into the vet and were told "dogs just get a little pukey" I think his name was brian or something the dude with the long beard and wore a jean jacket. he then turned us away and made us feel bad because our dog wasn't on her death bed. we then had to bring her back the following morning cause she still couldn't keep anything down. so I guess it takes over 24 hours of dehydration and no food to get your dog seen. then they do X-rays a... read more

I cannot say enough about the staff. They were fast and efficient and I believe did everything cost-effectively to help our baby. The veterinarian on duty was nothing short of amazing. I can't remember her name but it was Saturday evening 2/1/25 Veterinarian and the triage nurse. Both were absolutely incredible, comforting and helpful. Cannot say enough about the doctor on duty. She was amazing. The staff was incredible. I felt at ease and did not feel taken advantage of.

Took pup in for non-stop vomiting and appearance of pain over a 6 hour period. Seen by Dr. Keller who suggested pup had gastroenteritis , needed fluids and antiemetics only. Recommended I avoid xray or labs, as "probably waste of money" She stayed dogs vitals normal, recommended conserative care. My concerns that dog appeared to be in pain were minimalized by her exam, " she is not that tender" I proceeded with recommended care.
