We just love every person at the facility, the customer care and patient care is just superb and everyone goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience for all. The music and live plants in the rooms are so calming and just lovely touches in stressful situations. This place was such a blessing. Our cat Mila needed an urgent surgery we weren't sure we could do. These doctors and nurses very obviously have tender care for all animals. They took great care of Mila and us. Great recommendations and they were very thorough and transparent. Would definitely recommend.

We were very happy with the care that our cat received. Both of the doctors - Dr. Cordelli and Dr. Ashley (didn't get her last name) did an excellent job of communicating to us what was going on and why. The staff treated our cat like family, and she's now completely recovered.

Five stars is NOT enough. The entire staff was very friendly. For 8 or 9 days I had the opportunity to observe how the ER functioned first hand because I was visiting my dog once or twice a day for a serious condition. The care and love the staff showed each customer during a time of high stress with their pet is undeniable. After all nobody goes to an Animal ER for ice cream and cookies. The vet tech at the front desk and Dr. Wood were fabulous. I think we arrived around 3:30 a.m. The vet tech and Dr. Wood were kind, patient and compassionate which is always so beneficial to pet owners who are in distress over their pet! Appreciate the guidance Dr. Wood gave us. We have used your services before with other pets and have always been pleased with the care. Thank you very much. While treatment is certainly more expensive than most primary vets, it is WELL worth the cost to save a beloved pet. The ER vets and techs are considerate, patient to a fault and compassionate, while being experienced professionals. I have used them more than I would liked for over 10 years, but to have them when you have an emergency is a comfort that only a lover of animals would understand.
