We realized today we must euthanize our beloved kitty and thank God we chose the Animal ER care facility on North Nevada Ave. in Colo. Sprgs. We walked into the clinic on Mother's day and it was very busy but when we told the receptionist we were there to euthanize our 18 yr. old cat, we were immediately put in a private room. This is the most anmazing animal ER that we have ever been too! From the front staff, to the technicians, to the doctors - all have been so incredibly caring and thorough will our dog who had to have obstruction surgery! couldn't recommend them enough

We just love every person at the facility, the customer care and patient care is just superb and everyone goes above and beyond to ensure the best possible experience for all. The music and live plants in the rooms are so calming and just lovely touches in stressful situations. This place was such a blessing. Our cat Mila needed an urgent surgery we weren't sure we could do. These doctors and nurses very obviously have tender care for all animals. They took great care of Mila and us. Great recommendations and they were very thorough and transparent. Would definitely recommend.

We were very happy with the care that our cat received. Both of the doctors - Dr. Cordelli and Dr. Ashley (didn't get her last name) did an excellent job of communicating to us what was going on and why. The staff treated our cat like family, and she's now completely recovered.

Five stars is NOT enough. The entire staff was very friendly. For 8 or 9 days I had the opportunity to observe how the ER functioned first hand because I was visiting my dog once or twice a day for a serious condition. The care and love the staff showed each customer during a time of high stress with their pet is undeniable. After all nobody goes to an Animal ER for ice cream and cookies. It was a stressful situation, but the entire team made us feel that our dog was in the best hands. I wish I could remember everyone's names-they were all excellent and our dog received top shelf care.

The vet tech at the front desk and Dr. Wood were fabulous. I think we arrived around 3:30 a.m. The vet tech and Dr. Wood were kind, patient and compassionate which is always so beneficial to pet owners who are in distress over their pet!
