RecommendedWe brought our dog in with a large laceration on his stomach. I was in such a panic when I arrived. I was met at the front desk immediately with assistance and reassurance he would be okay. They quickly started to help him. After assessment they throughly went through what needed to be done and costs. Easy to work with their different payment plans they accept. A few days later we found our dog had ripped out his drain. When i brought him back in for assessment, they were so so kind and helped us immediately!
Great staff everyone was extremely friendly and treated with care and respect. Every single persons I felt with was great from the moment I walked in the door to the moment we left and this goes for both locations. The great care given to my best friend Lil One
We were very happy with the level of care our cat received. Everyone we interacted with was professional, compassionate, and gentle. The wait time was much less than originally expected. Additionally, the hospital is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend them! Just wish they were a little closer to where we live. 😀

Had to take our dog to the Animal ER in Colorado Springs over the weekend when our vet was not in the office. They were extremely warm and efficient in treating him. Returned to our regular vet on Monday after the weekend and he said they did exactly what he would have done. All this to say I would highly recommend Animal ER on Rebecca Lane in Colorado Springs!
