While treatment is certainly more expensive than most primary vets, it is WELL worth the cost to save a beloved pet. The ER vets and techs are considerate, patient to a fault and compassionate, while being experienced professionals. I have used them more than I would liked for over 10 years, but to have them when you have an emergency is a comfort that only a lover of animals would understand. The office atmosphere was quiet. We were seen in a timely manner and every single staff member was kind and professional. Every single staff member we encountered was awesome. What a dream team! The kindness and proficiency of the staff was appreciated by me and my pup.Costs were discussed in advance and were reasonable.I am grateful that my pup is now well and healthy thanks to the care she recieved..I definitely recommend this ER!

Our baby passed away and we took her in to see the next steps in getting her cremated. They were so kind and caring. Let us say our goodbyes in a private room and let us take our time doing it. Walked us through next steps and gave us all information we needed.

Very happy with the care my Eclectus parrot received. The staff were very kind to me, and Dr. Dixon was excellent with my bird. She took the time to come into the waiting room and let Fawkes get used to her before taking her back. That made things less stressful for Fawkes and me. Dr. Dixon was wonderful!! They went above and beyond to care for our 2 week old French Bulldog that got aspirational pneumonia. They saved his life and helped us figure out a care plan to take him home after a 4 day stay with him. It's been two weeks and he's almost fully recovered. I'm so thankful for their dedication to save his life and we are so proud of our little fighter for pulling through such a difficult situation so young.

100% recommend. I was traveling back in from a very long drive with my injured fur kid. We had been to another ER out of state during travels but even with pain medicine, he was struggling and started displaying concerning symptoms so I immediately called Animal ER Care since we would be arriving back in town later that afternoon. We took our 16 year old dog to them, she was having diabetic seizures. We knew she needed to be euthanized. The nighttime staff was wonderfully compassionate and caring, allowing us time to say goodbye and hold her till she passed. This is the hardest part of a vet's job and we want to tell them thank you and God bless you in all you do.

Wish I would have went straight to them instead of 4 trips to my vet (which literally made things worse due to misdiagnosis).
