Our baby passed away and we took her in to see the next steps in getting her cremated. They were so kind and caring. Let us say our goodbyes in a private room and let us take our time doing it. Walked us through next steps and gave us all information we needed.

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words, Lilly T. We are so sorry for your loss of your sweet baby. Please know our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Very happy with the care my Eclectus parrot received. The staff were very kind to me, and Dr. Dixon was excellent with my bird. She took the time to come into the waiting room and let Fawkes get used to her before taking her back. That made things less stressful for Fawkes and me. Dr. Dixon was wonderful!! I can't thank her enough for her kind and knowledgeable handling of Fawkes. Also, the staff at the desk was wonderful and kind too. Fawkes and I were treated with so much respect and kindness by you all. Thank you SO much!... read more

They went above and beyond to care for our 2 week old French Bulldog that got aspirational pneumonia. They saved his life and helped us figure out a care plan to take him home after a 4 day stay with him. It's been two weeks and he's almost fully recovered. I'm so thankful for their dedication to save his life and we are so proud of our little fighter for pulling through such a difficult situation so young.

Business response:

Our pleasure to be there for this little precious one!

We took our 16 year old dog to them, she was having diabetic seizures. We knew she needed to be euthanized. The nighttime staff was wonderfully compassionate and caring, allowing us time to say goodbye and hold her till she passed. This is the hardest part of a vet's job and we want to tell them thank you and God bless you in all you do.

Business response:

We're glad we could be there for you and appreciate your endorsement of the care we've provided.

Dr McArdell, Donna,Regina,Teddi... all wonderful. They saved my babies life. Wish I would have went straight to them instead of 4 trips to my vet (which literally made things worse due to misdiagnosis). I was hysterical and they were so kind, thorough, professional, caring and competitant. (From Gus the golden retrievers mom)

Went in tonight with my dog because she was acting strange, and knowing my Aussie, I knew something was wrong. I walk in the door and talk to the girl at the desk, and a guy comes out, gesturing at us, and says What is this very rudely. He decides to check on my dog, but makes us go outside and says she is fine; we have real emergencies. After asking for it in writing, he started to backtrack, telling me Oh, we will get to you, we don't know when. I asked him if he was new because he was frazzled and rude. He informed me t... read more

Our vet sent us here when our dog got very sick. They got us right in. We were obviously a wreck and they took good care of us. Our French Bulldog needed an immediate blood transfusion and had to stay over night for that and for some testing. We requested they call us when they got the results and sure enough, we got phone calls and updates all through the night. Some of the results were not good and the vet was reassuring and gave us a clear path forward. We had complete trust in them. Our dog was transferred the next day t... read more

We took our dog into Animal ER Care N. Nevada because he had been hit by a car. He had massive lacerations of his back left hind quarter and couldn't walk. Dr. McArdell was the doctor who examined my dog, and she ordered x-rays only for his back legs and abdomen. He was diagnosed with a hip dislocation and was treated for hip lacerations with over 30 stitches. He was assisted in walking out in a hip sling because they couldn't get his hip back into place, and he walked out on his two front legs. Over the course of four days... read more

Angie - Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. When traumas occur, there is always the possibility of injuries being masked because of shock and other more significant injuries. The severity of the trauma to the body is even sometimes delayed by hours-to-days, such as lung contusions and damage to internal organs. These are some of the reasons why our emergency veterinarians recommend hospitalization when patients experience blunt force trauma. I'm saddened Tig was walking on his limb without an external s... read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my dog in just around 6:30 PM with a deep gash in his ear that was bleeding! By 2 AM, we were still waiting to be seen. When I arrived I was told it would be about 2 hours. Around 8:30 PM, I was told we were next, but nothing happened. Around midnight, I asked again, desperate for someone to at least help clean the wound to prevent infection. Instead, I was told nothing could be done until a doctor saw him. They kept telling me "another hour" but nothing. We were finally put in... read more
