My dog was seen quickly. The entire staff was amazing! Dr. Fox explained, in detail, everything that was going on. He gave me honest answers. I had to make a very difficult decision. Dr. Fox and his staff accommodated me with what I wanted. He was gentle and sincere. My baby went to her eternal sleep while I held her in my arms. All the paperwork was taken care of prior, so we were able to leave with no delay. I am very grateful for their attention to my baby in her final hour. Thank you! 🐾🐾
Devastating experience! Our Labrador Retriever, just turned nine. She was not eating. Took her here. They did a liver scan and a bile acids test, which were not good. Recommended a liver biopsy. Never mentioned risks of surgery. She was kept in a crate for at least ten hours before the biopsy. She was alert and would have been very scared in a crate for that long. Yesterday I had to search on Google for an emergency vet because one of my dog- girl because she was competing with her daughters, bent one of her legs. I was nervous and found a closer hospital without knowing what the service would be like. but Thank you for the kindness and affection towards animals and people. I returned home with my daughter peacefully because of the professionalism, love and charisma of all the staff. I thank them a thousand times. Fanny say thank you so much 👏
Every single staff member in there needs to be commended!! They go above and beyond the call of duty and i could never in a million years do what they do on a daily basis! These guys took At plus care of my little man and i would recommend them over and over again as they have done nothing but worked their tales off and dealt with the cruelty of mankind to animals. If i could give each and every one of u a million dollars i would!! You guys ALL are very amazing!! Keep up the hard excellent work!!!
We took our cat here yesterday after he was super listless, vomiting, and having diarrhea after eating a sponge and some other random things. Every single person here was gentle, kind, attentive, and took such good care of him overnight. They luckily were able to pass everything with fluids and medicine, but they truly saved the life of our best friend. Thank you for all you do, I’m so glad we found you!!
