I can only speak of the after-hours emergency service. If you bring your pet here during the daytime it might be a different story but for an emergency out of normal business hours, look elsewhere. My pet developed diarrhea over the weekend so I brought him here. The receptionist was friendly and she informed us that the consultation fee after hours was $100. That seemed fair, and we agreed. Just got back from having to get our dog euthanized after a long fight with several health issues. I called Waldorf Emergency Care at 3am and was greeted by a very helpful woman on the phone. They took us right away and were extremely understanding of the situation. Would recommend them in a second. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars was for the price but if you are going to bring your pet short notice in the middle of the night you have to expect it.
