The landscaping near front entrance is weedy. Could use some attention. An employee was finishing up with another client and I stepped aside to have my dog get on the scale. The client left and the employee called for the receptionist and she responded in a less than enthusiastic manner. With a huff and a roll of the eyes. Then she took a breath addressed me with an insincere "how can I help you". The techs seemed a bit unsure of the process of how to take blood pressure or how many times to take it. I also feel as this part... read more

I called today to ask about a vasectomy for my dog. Chris answered the phone. I just wanted to inquire about the doctor who performs vasectomies, she just referred me back to the website, when I asked if I could talk to the doctor about it, she referred once more to the website. For all the love for service they pretend to have in their website, I think I received a terrible service. They claim to understand the importance of dogs in our lives, and she just preten do Ed to pay for the procedure, have my dog tested, and then ... read more

My appointment was so frustrating. I brought my dog for a wellness appointment. I was placed in a room and a few moments later a technician came in and did preliminary questions. She left and no one came in for 45 minutes. ‘We have an emergency’. I was in the windowed exam room and witnessed the doctor walking from one side to the other, but not doing anything medical. My time is valuable-this clinic is notorious for poor organization and time management. Respect is a 2 way street. I must tell you other clients have the same... read more

I experience a disconnect in the clinic asking me to complete and supply a form of detailed info that is then not referred to at the appointment; instead, I am asked to verbally answer the exact same questions from the submitted form. I referred the tech to the form for the answers, as I had already looked up the information and spent the time completing and sending the form. Using the completed/submitted form at the appointment would be helpful and respectful of effort and time. We *very much appreciate* the drive-through a... read more

I really appreciate that you offer urgent care, which I have needed in the past, but the fact that I am almost never seen on time for normal appointments is beginning to wear on me. My typical experience is having to wait 20 to 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, even when it is just a tech visit for an allergy shot. I recently took in a second dog and plan to use a different vet for him because of this issue.

Your reception staff was not welcoming or particularly helpful. Due to your incredibly limited entry space and personnel not manning the desk, several people were waiting outside. I did proceed in as I was right on time for my scheduled appt and was told, not asked, to wait outside. I get the virus and needing to limit entry, but having that many appt at the same time and not being prepared to move through efficiency is a serious lack of customer service. One gentleman had a question only and instead of asking him to step as... read more

Don’t ever go here unless you want your pet to die. I was not only lied to, my pet had to suffer. My pet died a slow painful death and she didn’t have to. If I was told sooner that you should consider putting your pet down in her best interest my pet would not have died scared and my pet would not have died in pain. My pet did not deserve to die the way she did, and I did not deserve to watch her die like she did. My pet went from being happy and healthy and within a couple of days she declined so bad she was dead. If I was ... read more
