The Veterinarian care was thorough and compassionate., However, may appointment was about 1hr. late and would have appreciated a notice ahead of waiting in the car with my dogs ahead of time and would have used this time to accomplish some needed things at home. As a result I made a special effort to be on time understanding it could affect other clients appointments that follow me. The tech did a poor job of drawing blood. I told the tech that I wanted written prescriptions for Heartgard and Bravecto of which she forgot to tell the Dr. Zella. Now I have to wait to get them in the mail so I can order medication online for much cheaper. The tech brought me both medications of which I told her I only wanted the Bravecto. The tech did not seem to listen to me as she had to come back several times to get right what i told her the first time. I feel Dr. Zella did not do a thorough exam on my pet. This is the second pup we had neutered here the first was less then a year ago the second cost much more then the first one for that we are a little disappointed as far as the staff and service we are extremely happy job well done

This visit was an emergency on a Saturday afternoon, so both the time delay and cost are explainable. I truly appreciate having the emergency service available. Thank you.

We decided to come to Dr. Greer because our dog had an undescended testicle and I had found out she was a specialist in reproductive care. It took about 6 phone calls to get someone to call me back. It took another 6 attempts to try to make a date for the surgery. We were told different things each time we called. We almost went to another vet, but finally Dr. Greer called us back. I always have to call them back to get answers. I don't really trust that they will call when they say they will. This has happened numerous times in dealings with staff. I am always the one who has to call again asking for updates.

I called Monday morning concerned about my dog. The girl who answered said someone would call me back soon or by the end of the day for sure!! Wednesday I called back was told the person I needed to speak to just went into a meeting. Then Thursday I called another vet called veterinary clinic to transfer my dogs information. All of a sudden they have an opening and will see her within the hour. I’ve been playing phone tag with Adam for a few days now. Very frustrating!!

You all were great! Even though we started about 2hrs late my puppies were very well taken care of all through the procedures. Your staff came to check on me regularly also to see if I needed anything. Thanks!

Years of bringing our dog here. What happened? The costs have gone through the roof. Just a basic visit when we finally could get in…. And then slapped with a bill for literally 3x as much as what a different local vet charges. Not driving here anymore, and spreading the word. I used to praise this clinic, but they only care about money now, not making sure the pets are able to be seen in a timely manner or at a cost a family can afford.
