The one thing I would have appreciated is when staff enter the exam room, they introduce themselves to me (or other clients). Two gals came into the room never told me who they were. I asked them if they were the dr. They said no, just here to draw blood. They still never told me Who they were. I’m an RN & my patients would be very uncomfortable if random people came in to do something to them, without knowing who they are & what they are going to do.
