I was told that the drive in garage would be available. It was not as the whole area was being used for one client. I worked out a way to make it comfortable for me and safe for my pet. The options suggested by the staff did not meet these needs. I had told the service that we needed a teaser bitch that did not appear to be provided. Now we do not know if the less then optimal collection is an issue with him, related to the lack of recent collection or would have been relatively normal if a teaser was used. I typically bring... read more

I was very bothered that none of the techs were wearing masks. Dr. Ahmann was the only person I saw who was wearing one. I came to my appointment while wearing a mask, as I always do when out in offices and stores. There was ittle attention to social distancing. I expected more. Your service is excellent in every other way, but this, in my opinion, needs improvement.

Emma needs to work on her approach and talking with clients, she comes across as crabby, a know it all and short with her patients. She tried taking blood from my dog for heart worm test, couldn’t find the spot, moved the needle around, my dog was crying, her helper told her to get a different needle after she pulled the first one out, again, she couldn’t find the spot and moved the needle around and couldn’t find the spot, I told her to stop. I was an EMT with iv training, she needs more. I have never had a bad experience b... read more

We called before our appointment and asked if two people could come in as we had three dogs. We were told YES but one person would have to sit in the lobby area during the appointment. When we arrived at the clinic we were told one of us could NOT sit in the waiting area. We sat in the car- not a big deal but different from what we were told the previous day. We called a day ahead of our appointment and asked that our dogs medication could be prepared as we needed a refill and we were coming in on Friday for an appointment; ... read more

After having Veterinary Village as my pets caretakers for almost 20 years you have failed to receive any positive feed back from me this time. I called Tuesday morning, May 26th @ 7:15 am to make a visit for Millie who has been drinking water none stop and urinating all over the inside of the house since Friday. I gave the information to Sam who stated she would pass the information along to the charge nurse as I would receive a call back. Well I did get a call back at 5:30 PM and told that you hadn't forgotten about me but ... read more

I had my dog in there on Friday for what I thought was a tick (it turned out to be a hotspot). While there I asked them to check his ears because he was itchy and it seemed he was scratching at his right ear. When they brought him back from shaving off the hotspot I was told his ears were fine. While in the room (waiting on antibiotics) he started shaking his head and crying. Since then (it is now Sunday) he hasn't stopped shaking his head!!! I had a happy dog before going to the vet. Now he won't move, eat, play or anything... read more

Older lady at front desk was very off. She gave me paperwork for wrong pet. Not even my name. I gave to tech. It had someone else’s info! Hope no one gets my info! At end she left me standing at counter and said sorry I have to Go. I felt like a unworthy customer. Like I didn’t matter. No I’m sorry.

One service which would provide a level of support to the client would be to have a person assigned to the client who is waiting. That staff person checks in with the client and gives updates. The staff person sees to it that the client does not have to ask for their bill, etc. This would make things go smoother, and not leave the client waiting around for somebody to help them. This was my experience yesterday. After I spoke with Dr. Zella nobody spoke to me until I finally grabbed a receptionist to get things moving for me... read more
