One service which would provide a level of support to the client would be to have a person assigned to the client who is waiting. That staff person checks in with the client and gives updates. The staff person sees to it that the client does not have to ask for their bill, etc. This would make things go smoother, and not leave the client waiting around for somebody to help them. This was my experience yesterday. After I spoke with Dr. Zella nobody spoke to me until I finally grabbed a receptionist to get things moving for me... read more

I am quite surprised to receive a request for a review since Tucker was NOT seen. Though I received 2 reminders that I replied to for the appt, and when I scheduled I was assured you always have females there for such purposes, there were none there, after I drove an hour, in very heavy fog! I got "do you want to try anyway". I did try to call right before I left home just to confirm that we did need a teaser, but your phones were turned over for a staff mtg. VERY frustrating!! I understand timing issues with repro unpredict... read more

I’ve always been happy with the care you give my pets. The pricing however has left me wanting to look for a different vet clinic. The care is the most important of course but I can’t break the bank. 150.00 for my dog’s ear infection seems way to high. Plus last time he went in it was $280 because he had a blood clot in ear from an infection. Just his yearly visit with vaccines has made me cringe. I don’t always know what is absolutely necessary and wonder if certain treatment/vaccines are necessary Julie Walgenbach

When I left my appointment yesterday, there was a few minutes left before the results of my newly adopted dogs heartworm test were done. The tech was supposed to at least email me the results. It's been 24 hours, and still nothing. Not super happy about that, but I guess I'll just call later to get the results.

most pets are afraid of the vacuum cleaner, one was running outside of our room while we were waiting for the doctor. Casey hissed at the doc when he entered so she did not get her ears, eyes or teeth checked. He gave Casey her vaccinations and left. we did drug her before we arrived to come her down, not our fault vacuum cleaner was used. she is not the only pet that probably hissed at the staff. the young man filing out paperwork and weight was very nice.

We are VERY disappointed! We had to pay $360 dollars when we though Willie's surgery was going to be less then $200 dollars according to the quote we received from Dr. Kolwalske. Willie will still require surgery to remove a broken tooth that Dr Peacock missed in the the first surgery that cost over $550 dollars. R lewis

We have ask several times to have the same doctor treat Willie!!! In his last four visits, he has had four doctors. There is no Continuity in his treatment and the costs are not what we expected. We want the best for Willie and will do what is necessary! As I have explained before, we are both in our 80's and live in Fond du Lac, and the drive for us is about 40 minutes. The drive time plus the wait time is VERY stressful on Willie. Something has to change. R. Lewis

I just want to give a big thank you to the vet tech. Buster hates giving blood and needles in general and she was gentle with him and able to get it done. I'm real happy with that vet tech.

Our appointment was quite late starting, Perhaps because of rain? Dr. Lang saw other patients before getting back to us after her brief exam. After quite a long wait, she spent time with us but explained that the tech who was to help her with the scope had to stay home with a sick child, thus no scope was done. Of course the scope would have been useful in her diagnosis and suggestions. We very much liked her,
