Changing the policy for being allowed to be near my bitch up until surgery and present with the puppies while being born, after my arrival was unprofessional and disturbing, as was watching 4 staff members hold her down for 20 minutes while repeated attempts were made to insert a catheter in either front leg, by the same techs who earlier couldn’t hit the vein to give her an injection. Both times, another veterinarian was called to assist and both hit the vein on the first attempt. Brandy is a soft tempered girl and putting ... read more

1. The veterinarian was kind, gentle and informative. 2. I spent time completing the online form with specific information prior to the visit, but the staff did not print the form for my file prior to the visit. Therefore, I was asked for the same information during the visit, which was frustrating, since I was not prepared to provide the information at the visit. 3. I was offered information about managing the infertile bitch, which was helpful. I asked about the ICSB CF, which was recommended. I was not made aware of the s... read more

There was miscommunication regarding Bengal’s status, when I could pick him up. Receptionist told me O would be called at 4:00. The team thought I was told to pick him up at 4:00. I came to clinic at 5:30 since I had not been called. Everyone apologized for the confusion, but quality of receptionists seem to be a weak link in your processes. Excellent care by Dr Zella

I just called and requested that my dog’s files be transferred to another veterinarian. I have been very disappointed in the service I have received from you. I have been a client for over 20 years but no longer feel that my business is appreciated. Appointments are ridiculously scheduled way out. I called to talk to someone about some potential surgery, even called twice, and no one returned my call. That was three weeks ago.

The Veterinarian care was thorough and compassionate., However, may appointment was about 1hr. late and would have appreciated a notice ahead of waiting in the car with my dogs ahead of time and would have used this time to accomplish some needed things at home. As a result I made a special effort to be on time understanding it could affect other clients appointments that follow me. I am not sure what the problem is at Veterinary Village but understand from friends going to other clinics this is not the case and would sugges... read more

The tech did a poor job of drawing blood. I told the tech that I wanted written prescriptions for Heartgard and Bravecto of which she forgot to tell the Dr. Zella. Now I have to wait to get them in the mail so I can order medication online for much cheaper. The tech brought me both medications of which I told her I only wanted the Bravecto. The tech did not seem to listen to me as she had to come back several times to get right what i told her the first time. I feel Dr. Zella did not do a thorough exam on my pet. He never ch... read more

This visit was an emergency on a Saturday afternoon, so both the time delay and cost are explainable. I truly appreciate having the emergency service available. Thank you.
