Brought over a young male to be collected for the first time. Informed staff that I would need a teaser bitch. Took a day off of work since I live over 2 hours away. Arrived to find that no teaser was available. Wasted trip in my eyes, although your tech said it is good training, I understand that, but had scheduled all this to be completed BEFORE we had the brother neutered, to ensure that the one boy did not have any problems. Now bringing both boys over on the same day to have their appointments. IF, I had been contacted ... read more

Hi Veterinary Village. We have been long-time customers (approaching 20 years) and we really appreciate the care you provide to our cats. Over the years, much great care has been given and we truly appreciate it. Our most recent visit (yesterday) however, bordered on poor care and we feel compelled to provide you our feedback. When I arrived with Bengal (our cat), there was no one in the lobby and it appeared that most of the staff was in the back room (in a meeting or something). I pressed the button to alert the staff that... read more

I love the Vet clinic and the doctors. I don't like that I have to wait for the appointment to start. This last time it was over 30 minutes and I finally went to the reception area to find out what the issue was. I understand that there are emergencies but common courtesy would be to tell me about it, not let me sit with a cat that is nervous waiting. My time is as valuable as yours and I'm sure you would not appreciate me showing up 30 minutes late. Like I said I love the clinic and the doctors but something needs to be don... read more

Appointment started promptly.Been coming here for about 8 years, previous appointments you could plan on waiting 15-30 minutes before being seen. Front reception has always been solid. Finally, after getting conversation started in March, have Shandy scheduled for spay.Talked to tech about this and by and of appt we had it scheduled. I live in West Bend and Vets there just dont seem to be educated.Started coming here when Saika had pups and Dr Greer did great job that's why we kept coming back.Thank You

The Dr we had, not sure of his name, did not greet Otis or Stomper. He didn't acknowledge or say Hi to them or me!!! He seemed very unfriendly.

The room seemed cluttered with a lot of unneeded "decorations" I know you probably want it to be homey feeling, but I'd rather have it more basic. Also, when a dog is being collected on the floor - can they put down a mat or something? Dragging his penis afterward on the floor that we are walking on bothers me. He is a doxie - low rider!!

Charging an emergency fee during regular business hours during a week day to see our dog was ridiculous.

The last 3 times I have had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT time I have had to wait due to an emergency. I totally understand that emergencies do arise BUT..... 3 times in a row to wait more than an hour in a waiting room with cats that are not happy campers to come to the vet as if any animal was. I was told that Dr had an emergency and was "just finishing up" and "would be with me shortly". Ok no problem, I understand. Then 20 minutes later to be told "oh, I am so sorry, the Dr was called in to another emergency" I do understand t... read more
