As much as I like your practice, it is harder and harder to get in for routine visits. Having to wait at least 2 -3 months for a non-emergency visit is unacceptable. This wasn’t for a wellness exam. We have started going to another vet clinic who can see us for these things in a reasonable amount of time. We will still try Vet Village to be seen, but we are no longer willing to wait so long to be seen.

I thought the prices for the heartworm and flea/tics was very expensive, I was just surprised at the cost! Everything else with our visit was great!

Yes. Though prices for vet care have risen, I am sad that Vet Village's fees have risen above what I expected & in comparing with some friends, found many other vet same services in comparison are much lower. I know the main vets are above the norm for knowledge & service, but the availability to see them & fees are concerning. I'm a long time client & have referred many people (mostly breeders), however; prices & uninformed or ineffective front end staff & some techs have caused many concerns. The service I received was great. The Veterinarian and assistant answered all my questions. However, the fees seemed off. I was charged 316 dollars for an exam and xrays. Two days later I had to go to Animal Referral Center in the middle of the night. They apologized for having to charge extra but being the time it was there was an additional fee. Brought over a young male to be collected for the first time. Informed staff that I would need a teaser bitch. Took a day off of work since I live over 2 hours away. Arrived to find that no teaser was available. Wasted trip in my eyes, although your tech said it is good training, I understand that, but had scheduled all this to be completed BEFORE we had the brother neutered, to ensure that the one boy did not have any problems.
