Yesterday, despite the fact that it was Dr. Kowaleski’s day for surgeries and I know she was very busy, she agreed to see my dog, Buddy, and check him for a possible ear infection. With her busy schedule, Buddy’s history of ear infections and my reporting I thought that was the problem, one would have expected she could have quickly checked his ears, found irritation, prescribed a medication and sent us out the door. Instead she gave him a thorough check up (including checking his teeth, some of which he lost during his last... read more

Sophie's appointment went very well - her Doctor was very helpful and informative -Her suggestion to offer Sophie green beans much to my surprise is working LOL Her assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting information prior to seeing the doctor - I was very impressed with her details and performance prior and during the appointment. After she and a young man trimmed Sophie's nails with such care and consideration for Sophie and me - What a great experience for us.

We had a wonderful experience at Veterinary Village. We drove four hours with Lucy, our Bernedoodle, to get a TCI. Dr. Whitfill and the vet techs guided us through the experience with kindness and respect, answering questions and allowing us to follow the entire procedure up close. It was a great learning experience. We will definitely be back.

Business response:

Glad you chose us to be part of your breeding program! We hope she is pregnant with a wonderful litter of puppies!

Everything went well I was dismayed when I got home and requested the bloodwork and found so many values out of normal without having received an explanation about these—do I need to be concerned? Is there something I need to do to get them back in normal? What’s the immediate and long-term effect if these stay out of normal?

Business response:

Deborah, I hope that since you posted this review that you have been in contact with the doctor. There are a variety of reasons why bloodwork values may be low or high which can differ from case to case. Any time you have questions about your pet please give the clinic a call at 920-269-4072 and the doctor can answer any questions you have.

As a Senior on a budget, the cost was more than I would have liked but Josie is my last dog and I got the best for her. She is also the only dog who was not a “rescue.”

Business response:

Dr. Greer used laser in surgery and the result is beautiful. No cone because the incision was higher on the abdomen and that’s worth it all. Josie’s recovery was a great experience for her AND ME!

The personal is great. My biggest issue is the lack of follow up. Still waiting on a fecal check that was supposed to be sent in on Thursday. Called Saturday and they were checking on it. 24 hours later, no call

Business response:

Jeanne, Sorry for the delay in getting you the test results. We normally send negative fecal results by mail or email, if you would like a call instead please let the staff know that when you drop off your pet's fecal sample and we would be happy to do that for you!

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The front desk receptionist was very courteous. Dr.Greer was very professional. She covered all my questions and concerns. When I left her office I felt confidendt we were on the right plan of treatment. The staff follow up a couple days later truly shows they care about their client/patients. Thank you for being such a great veterinary practice. Nancy B

Business response:

Nancy, Thank you for your kind words! We are glad we could be here for you!
