I have had dogs and cats for years. Today, my experience at Trivet was amazing and wonderful. I had an emergency with my 15 year old dog, who somehow had found a bone, and it was stuck in her mouth, with two teeth embedded in that bone. My old dog let me investigate, but I could not even budge the bone, and I could see sinew attached to it behind the bone, that I was afraid to loosen, worried that it might subsequently go down her throat and choke her. This may be the best veterinary hospital I've ever run into. Very impressed. They have the highest level of modern technical equipment and extremely competent and compassionate staff.

I will preface this with All Veterinarians are OVERWHELMED. And we were kept informed about timing and what was happening. Fox tail season sucks. But she is home and we are pleased. Thank you TruVet!

I have deep appreciation and gratitude to the all the staff and especially Dr Drexler for the compassion, care and support they provided to provide a compassionate, peaceful end of life service for my dog. It is a difficult job for both staff and vets to handle not only the illness and accidents of beloved family members, but also to be the calm in the center of what can be an overwhelming storm when it comes time to say goodbye, whether it is expected or not. Thank you TruVet for all that you do - it matters greatly.

This is the third time I have brought one of my pets here for urgent care issues. Each time it was either after normal business hours or my regular vet could not squeeze us in. Every visit I have had positive experiences, the staff is full of patience and compassion - from the front desk folks to the vet techs and Vets. This time my dog's dew claw had broken, a non life threatening but very painful event that couldn't wait over the weekend. After our dog got bit by a coyote, we were desperately looking for a vet to take a look at him. All the emergency centers were quoting us an 8-10 hour wait, but the folks at TruVet truly came through. They did a quick assessment within 30 minutes and were able to give us some antibiotics within a few hours. Special thanks to tech Nydia and Dr. Jeske for their compassion and willingness to make the extra effort to take care of our family. Highly recommend TruVet!

Our boarder recognized a critical care incident related to our dog's ongoing heart failure. We were traveling 5,000 miles away, so the boarder brought our dog to TruVet last Sunday morning. TruVet was incredible- they communicated very well with us and with the boarder, diagnosed the dog properly, and gave him the exact medicine he needed. My mutt got a foxtail in his nose. Everyone I encountered was kind and so helpful. I was fortunate that the wait wasn't long. The vet told me exactly what she needed to do and provided me with a quote. The foxtail was really small and not easy to find but she did it and I am so grateful.
