I highly recommend this hospital for emergencies. Our dog recently needed overnight hospitalization after several days of intense GI upset. It was scary, particularly because she is terrified of the vet. Dr. Marcus and his staff were kind, reassuring, thorough, and competent. Everyone--from receptionist to nurse techs--went above and beyond to make the experience as low stress as possible. Luckily the stomach issue did not require surgery. I recently experienced an emergency with my dog. The vet and staff at TruVet were professional, quick, kind and the bill was reasonable. I really appreciate their help.
We from out of town. Had to take my pup George. Walked in and only had to wait about 10 minutes. Thought he had some kind of obstruction. Luckily it wasn't, though he seemed very sick. Long story short. They performed some tests and x-rays. He had some kind of discomfort and digestion problems, but not serious enough to have an operation. Put him on some medication. I wanted to write this review sooner but when you lose your furry companion, it takes awhile to process. I arrived at TruVet at 10pm on a weeknight, and everyone was incredibly kind and compassionate. They gave me time with my cat after the injection; didn't bother me or try to cut my time short. Not only did I feel they handled me with care and concern, but they took such good care of my cat. They allowed me to leave him there overnight, as I wasn't able to take him home with me that night. Always there when the other Pet Hospitals aren't open. Yes they can be a little bit more expensive but they always take extra great care of our dog who always seems to be needing the extra attention to detail. I've been coming here for a year or two now and I always feel a sense of relief knowing they are taking care of my fur child in its time of need. 10/10 best emergency Pet Hospitals around
We came in with our chihuahua to get a tick removed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend!
Took our pug puppy to TruVet today and received excellent care! Dr. Miller was so kind and knowledgeable. Gave great advice. Highly recommend
