Thank you to all the staff at TruVet Specialty for taking extra good care of my grandpup. She was sick. But we didn't know how sick until she was welcomed into your facility. The regular vet was booked and wouldn't make an exception to being seen without an appointment! Rohnert Park Hospital was full and not taking new patients. Dr. India Macavoy saved my cat Yoko after a vet in Sonoma made egregious mistakes which is what landed my cat at the TruVet emergency hospital. (See review on Sonoma Veterinary Clinic on Broadway run by Rosner.) She and the staff there were lovely, but more importantly, extremely competent. They answered my questions. They gave my cat the care that she needed and didn't do anything excessive. Some vets will subject pets to extra potentially harmful medical treatment to drive up the price. Not them. Dr. Kruger and Dr Tucker are smart, experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. They have saved the life of both my cats, one with kidney problems, one with bladder problems. Each time they explained everything in detail to me and helped me make decisions about the best care for the animals as well as for my pocketbook. Thank goodness we now have an emergency hospital and vet specialists here in Petaluma. Highly recommended.

We brought our pup here for a foxtail in the ear. The team was quick to see her, take her back and keep her until the vet was available for removal with sedation. They kept us updated every step of the way and took great care of our dog. They even trimmed her nails while she was under without us asking. We paid a deposit and they refunded what was higher than the bill. Highly recommend.

This team is truly amazing and I am very appreciative to them and their level of compassionate care. I live nearby and unfortunately, started punching my members card almost immediately after they opened last year. Dr. Sam Tucker doesn't talk to you like a veterinarian-to-uneducated pet owner but instead, he speaks to you as one compassionate and worried pet owner to another. Thank you, TruVet team. Dr Tucker is an amazing vet. He is empathetic, wise and fair. Truvet was thorough but priced very fairly. They treated our dogs like they were their own. Moreover, they have excellent bedside manner and great people skills. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was in desperate need of help with a 21 year old cat that has been with me for 19 years. My son found TruVet and they close at 8pm (it was 7:45). We rushed over and I can't say enough good about the service compassion and kindness we received. I would recommend them to anyone with any pet.
