No one likes an emergency vet visit. And although mine turned out to be nothing; I have nothing but wonderful things to say. They brought my pup back pretty quickly and overall was there for a little over an hour. Dr Saksen was so nice and reassured me. We talked about some other things that I did not come in for and I really appreciated her guidance , friendliness and willingness to have a convo and not rush out!

I find it to be exceptional on many levels. I always leave my appointments with a thorough understanding of what my pets needs are and how I am to care for her. The staff is always well informed, kind, and compassionate. All of them from each department , what a great staff. What I appreciated most is quality of care and compassionate staff.

OMG! In an emergent situation, I was treated with respect and empathy. They were quick to respond to my 12wk/o puppy who had an unknown (at the time) sickness, and was plummeting fast. My bride and I were panicked and stressed, and with him in their care, we soon realized we had taken him to the right spot. They clearly cared not only about him, but us too. The specialist listened to my concerns and all the information I provided and gave me helpful feedback and created a plan for my dog to recover. Dr. Kruger and the vet tech that brought me to the room and the front desk staff were all wonderful. What I appreciated most is the standard of care and empathy for my animals.
For my 22 year old cat Blazy, I appreciated everything you guys did and how caring everyone I came into contact with was. I highly recommend this place for your pet needs. I've been to multiple vets and this was one of my favorites. I had to let her pass because of her critical condition and I'm happy you guys gave me extra time with her to spoil her. We had a late night (1am!) ER visit at TruVet when our pup started having labored breathing following surgery at a different vet a few days early. We called ahead to let them know we were on our way and they were ready to take us as soon as we arrived. They took his vitals quickly, got a set of X-rays done and diagnosed him with pneumonia, all in about 30 months. TruVet is where I would turn for any emergency. While this visit turned out amazingly well, and wasn't an actual emergency, the peace of mind I have with TruVet as my safety net is immeasurable. Thank you! The people at the front desk were amazing. They were quick to do their jobs, with empathy and care. Knowing TruVet has my back in my Pet's emergency. I trust them!
Everyone was very professional, kind and friendly. The environment was clean and calming. We were in/out within 30-45 minutes! Our timing must have been spot on! My dog's injury was minor (broken dewclaw nail). A pleasant experience all around!
Compassionately greeted, quickly moved to the evaluation, and waited for 2 hours to have the doctor conduct her evaluation. She was very good --- asking questions and listening to my feedback. I was very comfortable with her recommendation. The vet tech and the veterinarian. What I appreciated most is listen and provide very competent and a knowledgeable team.
